Couldn't recommend Tyler and his team more! We moved to RI from out-of-state and Tyler went above and beyond to help us land our dream house in a competitive market, recommend topnotch lawyers/contractors/cleaners in the area, and even walked our dog for us at one point so we could attend an open house. He was super knowledgeable about the area, a great communicator, and just an all-around nice and friendly person to work with. Would highly recommend!

Tyler is amazing!I was looking for someone who could assist in renting out my Newly renovated vacant apartment and came across his information online. He was quick to respond and although we did not end up working together, he was super willing to answer any questions I had and connected me with someone who was a better fit for my needs. There wasn’t much to gain for him, helping a stranger just cold calling and he went above and beyond without even ever meeting me. Tyler was a dream agent for first-time home buyers like ourselves. He fielded our endless questions (e.g. “What’s this thing in the basement do?”), did a great job explaining the nuts of bolts of the market and houses themselves, and never pressured us. It was like bringing a trusted, expert friend along to house showings. He was consistently responsive when we needed him – we could text and get an immediate response or pick his brain on evening phone calls when we agonized over a bid.With Tyler's help, we ultimately got a house wildly better than anything we’d hoped for – and for less than we thought we would have to pay. The only downside is now we don’t get to look for houses on weekends with Tyler anymore.
