We visited another local printing shop, and the for the options available, the price was outrageous.We are so happy we found DWRI Letterpress. We worked with Lois, who was a joy throughout the whole process. Even though our order was relatively small, she made us feel welcome (even amid the holiday rush they were experiencing).Lois sat down with us to pick through the many options for paper, color, and font. She sent us mockups through email, adjusting each aspect of the invitation until it was perfect. Even though our invitations were relatively simple in the grand scheme of things, we went with a thick quality paper and the letterpress aspect came out perfectly.I so highly recommend this printing shop for your custom printing needs.”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”
