“Best place around, been going here for years and they always seem to make my pets visits as comfortable as can be. They truly have a wonderful, caring, loving & kind staff. I brought my dog in yesterday and I was so worried as a pet owner of any bad news with what was going on with him only to be checked by Dr Ilse Bickford and her tech and my baby had a clean bill of health and absolutely nothing to worry about, she truly is an amazing, loving, kind person and I'm forever grateful for people/doctors like her to ease any concern I had and answered all the questions I had. Thank You Again Warren Animal Hospital and Staff!!!”
“I had moriartys install a fence around my yard. Every interaction I had was extremely friendly the staff was not only nice to me my dog but also my 2 year old son. My dog needed some extra training and they were always here to help and make sure my dog was trained correctly. My pup now enjoys sun bathing all day outside, he has a whole new life. I 100 %recommended this company for your doggy needs.”
“I am SO thankful for East Bay Kennels. I feel confident that everyone who works there is a true dog lover. I am always relieved when I drop them off and they (2 Frenchies) pull away from me to get INTO the kennel. One pup has fear aggression- he is otherwise a sweet sweet baby - and this kennel has been willing to care for him with his special needs and allow me to continue to do what I need to do. “Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. My male cat just died this year recently and it’s been breaking me down without him by myself since I was 1 years old. I don’t have money to adopt a cat or kitten but I would love to play with them to at least have a connection with cats again if that’s allowed”

“I couldn't love a shop more. The people are genuinely nice, they're very knowledgeable, they care about the birds and it shows, and it is very clean. Also, they are extremely reasonably priced. Both the owner and the girl who works there sometimes are super friendly and seem to actually encourage questions. I have 2 canaries from them and I wish I could have more birds just as an excuse to visit. It's a great place. Buy from local people, especially when they really, really deserve it!”

They are high quality, fun, and reflect her personality. Yesterday her cherry blossom and Halloween sets arrived and she almost has one for every month of the year!”

“James the groomer went absolutely above in beyond to meet mine and my puppies needs. He totally exceeded my expectations! When I dropped her off he made me and my dog feel super comfortable, and I know he was awesome with her because when he walked her out, her tail was wagging. She looks and smells great. “The store as a chain tends to be very pricey, especially versus online retailers. However, the staff at this location is what makes it a five-star for me.
My most recent experience with one of the supervisors was above expectations. She was super helpful when I came to her with my rescue pups collar that had rusted less than 7 weeks from purchasing it. Unfortunately, I didn't have my receipt, but she was able to exchange it for a different one. She was polite and helpful, and I truly appreciate it.”

“I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”

“We’ve had five pets treated here over the past 15 years and I’ve always been very happy with the care that they received. Most of the time you can get an appointment within a couple hours. The entire staff has always been kind and excellent to deal with. ER care is never cheap, but their prices are fair compared to many other clinics we’ve visited while away from the area.”

“My children have found a love for beareddrangon as a newer owner of reptiles Andrew who works Closely with the reptiles is very knowledgeable of reptiles and of his job along with all the staff I have encountered at this petco location I had to come in on and emergency my daughter's beareddrangon had sadly passed away after owning her for a few days over month the manager along with Andrew took good care of us and helped me replace a beareddrangon before my 10yr old daughter came home from school unfortunately she fingered out as soon as she got home the beareddrangon looked smaller n had a blacker head so we did have to explain the difference she cried a bit but was very happy and is bonded with her new bearedie friend ty to all the staff and great manger who came to our rescue in need and understood how these little animal touch our human hearts ?”

“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”
