Easy inspection, could use more technicians at store!

Not sure how this place is still in business. This is my third visit after two previous negative experiences but I was in a bind and didn’t have another option. Booked an appointment two days in advance for a wheel alignment and state inspection. Arrived at 9AM to an empty lobby. Wait 5 minutes and then call out for someone in the service bay. Tech comes out of nowhere on his phone and smoking a cigarette. Tell him I have an appointment and he says they close early (5PM) so the inspection might not get done. There were no other cars being serviced and I had an appointment so not sure how 8 hours isn’t enough time for them. Tell the tech to prioritize the inspection and the skip the alignment if necessary. I leave my car and head home. Fast forward to 3:45. Call for an update. Tech tells me the inspector hasn’t arrived yet but it’ll be done by the end of the day and they’d call me. Don’t hear anything by 4:30 so I head back to the shop. Find tech doing the same thing he was doing when I first came in. Found out the “inspector” had been there since I dropped my car off. I ask him what’s going on and he had absolutely no idea what I was there for but said he’d do it now. Ask about the alignment. Not done either after sitting all day long. There were no other customers or vehicles being serviced so there’s absolutely no excuse for this. Both techs appeared to be under the influence. Left without it being done and never coming back. Long story short, avoid this place like the plague.

I called on Friday for an appointment for a state inspection. The person I spoke to took my name and gave me a 4:30 pm appointment for Monday. I arrived at 4:30 pm & there were two people in front of me. Then another person comes in AFTER me and the proceeded to take her before me. We have had lousy service from them before and it is my own fault for choosing a convenient location over quality treatment again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!This is the worst mechanic shop and company I’ve ever seen. I’m sorry to say this but Brendan needs to lose his job. He should not be touching anyone’s car because he doesn’t know what he is doing. Today on July 29th 2024 I got an oil change here and as soon as I left from the oil change, the oil leaked out of my car all the way until my house and I had no clue. By the time I got to my house my car was making a noise and it wasn’t driving anymore. I got out of my car and saw all the oil dripping out. I tried reaching this business so many times and failed. When I finally reached and explained what happened he didn’t have an answer. I asked them to get me a tow as I shouldn’t be paying for a tow for something that they did wrong. He said they could not do that. I mentioned that I had 3 kids with me (as he saw) and now my car was no longer driving and that I was stuck and I had to get my car there. , I had already spent money on oil change and shouldn’t be spending another $200 on a tow. I was able to get a tow and when I got it towed there, Brendan (who did my oil change) did not apologize not once and he couldn’t figure out the problem for a whole hour while I stood out there. When he finally thought to do the oil change process over , the oil finally stopped leaking but he still didn’t know what he did wrong in the first place and told me he guess it wasn’t on right or could’ve been a bad oil filter. After all of this inconvenience, Brendan still never apologized and told me to call the customer service for the tow reimbursement now I’m calling customer service and the person that picked up the phone was super aggressive and hung up on me. Here I am on the phone again holding to speak to someone else. I need reimbursement for my expenses for the problem they have caused. My engine got damaged because I was driving with no oil after an oil change. I need my reimbursement ASAP.

When you bring your vehicle in for inspection and you know it has issue yet is still driveable not so much after tall skinny ,strung out ,mallot hair cut guy inspected made it home with a horrible noise that wasn't there before have a torn or ripped cv boot that wasn't ripped or torn that is now and a vehicle that is not driveable sitting in driveway . Thanks for nothing but taking my money

I have been to the shop multiple times, different problems with different tires - Each time the service is affordable and I am safely back on the road in no time! There’s a reason I keep coming back, thank you!!!

One star is generous for this establishment.
I booked a 1330hrs appointment to have my brake pads replaced. Got there for 1315, tech told me it would probably be an hour to an hour and a half as he was the only one there. No problem, staffing shortages affect all industries…
Sitting there for a bit I looked around, the entire place was disgusting.
After about a half hour I see a young gentleman with a top-knot walk in, do something behind the desk, and then walk back out to his pickup truck.
After another hour this young man walked back in to use the bathroom, when he came out I asked if he worked there. To this he replied “yeah”. I asked for my keys back as I would be leaving— by 1500 it was clear my brakes weren’t getting done today, as my truck had not even been put on a lift yet.
The original tech came back out, I told him I’d like my keys back.
I was handed my keys, I then watched Mr. Top-knot walk back out to his pickup truck, only to realize he locked his keys in it!
The demeanor of the young gentleman had me questioning whether he was intoxicated— and made me really consider whether I felt safe using this establishment in the future.

Showed up for an inspection appointment that I had scheduled several days in advance. I arrived to be created by a man smoking in the auto body shop directly behind the no smoking sign. Then he proceeded to tell me they had no one to do inspections. He then walked away from me and laughed at me. Complete waste of my time.

I was in the Warren location on Metacom a couple of days ago and paid for the Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic oil change including a tire rotation. When the tech brought in my keys I asked him if he'd rotated the tires. He said yes. When I went outside I looked for the chalk mark I made before I left home on the LF tire by the valve stem. The mark was still there. If the tires had actually been rotated that tire wouldn't still have been at the LF position. Now I'm wondering if he even changed the oil filter. Now I'll be taking it to an honest business to have the tires rotated and filter checked.

Worst appointment ever been going there for years and send family and friends there but as of this past Saturday never again . I made appointment for my daughters and they didn’t even see them for almost 2 hrs . Then put the sticker next to the old one and didn’t even take the old one off and her vehicle was done he Through the keys at her ! Extremely unprofessional and will never return there all of my kids and we have eight! Completely and utterly unsatisfied !

I unfortunately ran over a piece of metal an hour and a half before an appointment I've waited six months for and I was panicked because no one would take my car in on such short notice but Monroe was able to see me immediately and repair my tire in less than 15 minutes at an affordable price. The technician was professional and friendly as well.
