The gentleman who helped me, Dave, was polite, friendly, and got my phone in and out of there with a replaced screen and camera in no more than 20 minutes. Not to mention he even stayed an extra 20 minutes past closing to get it done for me. great service! Very Awesome dude.”
“Went to Verizon to inquire about a promotion. Spoke to Lucky, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I decided which direction I was going to go, he started to take care of me and in between taking care of several customers that had come into the store. That's what I call "multitasking ".

“I stopped by today, thinking that I needed to get my charging port replaced. The man behind the counter said nope, I just needed to have it cleaned out. It took him three minutes to clean it and now it’s good as new. I was expecting to replace the port for 65 or 70 bucks, but he cleaned it for free. I offered to give him some money, but he said I was all set. Excellent customer service!”
