My low tire pressure light came on, so I pulled into K&W Automotive. They pulled my car in, checked all 4 tires, one of which they took off my car to check for a leak. Nothing was found, but this process took almost a half hour. They filled all 4 tires and reset my warning light. They didn't charge me for this service and I appreciate these kind of people who treat people well. Thank you!

If you want to spend over a hundred dollars to only have your tires over inflated then K&W is your place. My mistake was assuming they wouldn't charge me for doing what AutoZone does for free. I simply asked to have my car looked at and I didn't agree to pay a dime. When I questioned the excessive charge I was offered a discount on future service. Why would I pay more for more work when I wasn't happy for getting over charged in the first place? I took my car to the Lincoln dealership and they fixed my problem. The same problem that K&W said didn't exist and that over inflating my tires would fix. The dealership charged the same as K&W to look at my car so I would recommend taking your car to a dealership if you can.

My husband and I came to K&W unexpectedly on a Wednesday morning in need of an emergency repair to our family minivan. We had traveled 850 miles to Rhode Island from Indiana and found ourselves scrambling to find a reliable repair shop in order to be able to travel back home safely. We are thankful to have found K&W, who took care of us with kindness and by fitting us in right away that morning amongst many, many other customers. They fixed the immediate issue within just a couple of hours, for a fair price, and with great communication about the repair and follow ups that might be needed later. This is in response to Moses Massa about the comments about my business. I don't consider a faithful customer one that comes once every two years for an inspection sticker. And never ever ever for anything else. But that being said you WERE told on the phone about having to take the plate frames off. And you even admitted it when you came to pick up the car that you had forgot to do it. So please don't lie and say that we should take care of our faithful customers and we should have let you know ahead of time because we most certainly did.
