“I've been here maybe 3x in the last year for different reasonings. Not one time has any employee been rude or not doing their job. I had so many questions about a certain issue and the young kid was sooooo kind and helpful and just made me feel completely comfortable and trusted him, and he was right with the issue I had. They also don't try to get you to buy the most expensive product, they will be honest and tell you which is better or if the cheap one and expensive work the same. Nothing but great things to say!”

“Great store. This location is super clean, brightly lit, and always has the specific mechanics tool I need in a pinch. Today was ball-end, extended Allen head bits for 3/8ths. And I bought $120 worth of more stuff i needed, at the same time.... Shop step stool, metric ratcheting wrenches, hitch equipment for my zero turn to pull a leaf rake; you name it.”
“This place is great. Reasonable prices on hard to find tools. I've been coming here for years. Brian doesn't sell junk. Everything is neatly arranged and organized. Stock changes regularly and new things are added frequently. Definitely worth it for the pro, diyer, or a tool fan.”

I brought it in to Adam the Manager to take a look at…. He said I will see if I can get the company to warranty the issue and said he would get back to me in a few days, Before I even got home on the same day, Adam called me and replaced the bar and had it covered under the warranty

“My family made the mistake of hiring a gypsy plumber to install a water heater when we first moved into the area. The indirect water heater was still under warranty and the manufacturer helped trace us back to this supply house.Jim Seabaugh helped facilitate the entire transaction since the plumber was MIA.He manages the store, he’s a hard worker and he’s been at this location for years. He knows his stuff. If he doesn’t know; he will find out.I am so grateful to have had an unfortunate blessing in disguise. I call Jim for all our plumbing needs now. I 100% trust his opinion and he has not steered us wrong on 3 separate jobs. I’ve known him for years and he’s bailed us out each time.”

“I needed belt holes punched and had no idea where to go until I called Union Commercial Co. He informed me that he was able to do that with a special hole puncher he had, so I brought my designer belt in and got two holes punched! He didn’t even charge me. Very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.”
“Can almost always get a decent deal on something at Harbor Freight. There's some things I buy that I don't need to spend crazy money on so Harbor Freight comes in clutch. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time visiting this location and I will say the floor plan and organizing of this location is not great. Everything is just scattered and in random areas instead of having all similar items grouped together. That's my only complaint really is that you have to walk every isle sometimes to find what you're looking for because it's not with other items like it. Only other thing I didn't care for was how narrow the isle were so when it's busy or you have a shopping cart, it's extremely difficult to navigate the store and isles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.”
“We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”
