Nightmare of a bank! Unable to deposit a fully endorsed check. They also deposited a very large insurance claim check into someone else's account. Rude and incompetent

I attempted to cash a large check and must not have looked worthy. The teller walked out from behind the counter and proceeded to the office where she'd discuss what to do about this dilemma for longer than needed. When i voiced my frustration I was told my attitude and lack of an account disqualified me from the honor of cashing my check there, banking discrimination if there ever was. I drove 5 minutes down the street and cashed it without any hassle or deliberation,. For the embarrassment alone I will leave a bad review every chance I get

This bank always restricts account access on weekends, which is when most people get paid and are doing their bills. So annoying.

The braille is under a plastic cover… so visually impaired people are not able to use it.

I originally posted a Yelp! Review for a small, Drive through Citizens banking center less than a mile away from this location, and just realized that I had posted for the wrong location. In fact, I received a letter in the mail mentioning the small, drive-through banking center up the street is closing. They must've received a lot of complaints. More importantly, this particular banking center is absolutely fantastic. I have continuously received excellent service from Lynn, my account manager for both my personal and business accounts. If you're looking for a local banking center that will be there for you, I highly recommend this particular branch!
