It is so nice to be able to communicate so easily with a business across the country and get really nice service. I needed a small curtain accessory and was referred to Bristol Cushions. Their website gave me both an email address I could send a picture of the item I was looking for and a phone number for contacting a PERSON (so helpful in this day of no web only contact). They were so nice over such a small order. Now, the light will not get in and damage my upholstery. Thank you!
