My long hair cats are in need of their spring cuts. It is a little earlier than I would normally do.it, but they are strictly indoors & getting badly matted already.Brought my boy, Aaron in & he really needed a sanitary cut more than anything. They took care of him right away & we were called to pick him back up within about 35 minutes. They shaved him from his waist down..looks a little funky, but he's much cleaner now.Have an appointment to bring in Aaron later this week. There are so few groomers who will groom cats are a "reasonable" price. I recommend them often when I see someone on social media looking for a cat groomer.

Great place to bring your dogs! We searched for a new place to bring our dogs after our vets office lost their groomer and now we have a great new spot to bring our boys regularly. I have 2 affenpinschers, one of them is easy, he loves everyone and doesn't mind being brushed and groomed. The other one is a different story, he is diabetic and blind and doesn't even let me brush him without growling and wanting to attack the hairbrush. So finding a place that would be able to work with him and give him a successful grooming was my challenge . The girls at the groomers were great with him! The attention and care they gave my pups was amazing. He was comfortable and well taken care of and his haircut came out great . I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new place to bring their fur babies.

We've known the owner for years and been bringing our labrador here regularly for a long time.They are nice people and they do a great job.

Today My family and I decided to get out Pup , Hope to her first pamper day/Grooming Day ,I called and was able to get right in , The staff was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable, Definitely going to make this place a permanent place we take our sweet girl to get pampered and let me not forget how great she smelled

Our 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs learned how to behave while being groomed at Animal House. We also felt like we are dropping our kids off at a family member's house. They are awesome!

I have never experienced a business being so unprofessional in my life. I have been bringing my dogs here for over 12 years way back when they were on Metacom Avenue. They always did a great job and my dogs seemed happy here.I recently tried to schedule an appointment and was told they would not book me because it had been a little while since my dogs had been seen and they considered me a NEW costumer again!! AFTER 12 YEARS! We all know that things have been a little tough with Covid in the last year and we had a death in the family. They told me at the same time they were taking their current customers new puppies. I am so shocked and disappointed that a business in the community would turn a faithful paying customer away after all these years because they were not able to book during Covid due to a family circumstance. They were going to call back if anything changes. No thank you! I will be taking my business elsewhere and beware of when they refuse you or turn you away if they decide they don’t want to deal with your dog for some reason. Also I was told by several people their prices keep increasing.

We have been taking our small dog to them for about 10 years. Up until this last visit we were pleased. Upon picking up our dog they informed us that they could no longer take her because she gets skiddish and it takes 2 people to handle. My dog is 15 years old, deaf and partially blind and weighs 15 lbs. It was okay to service her all these years when she was spry and now because it will take 2 people an extra 5 minutes or so, they have 'dismissed' her. Very disappointed to say the least.

Love the girls who work here. My dogs love them as well they always take care of my babies and treat them as there own.
