I took in my Chevy Tahoe in for some insurance work. At the same time, I was able to get an on the spot estimate for some personal work for aftermarket body panels to get repaired and repainted.
I dropped off both the Tahoe and the panels at the same time. I got my tahoe back quick and it looked better than it did before the accident, but they needed a few more days to finish up the panels and boy was it worth it. A near mirror finish on a paint job with a flake, prior fisheyes and orange peel addressed and corrected. Fiberglass repaired AND reinforced.
Bob kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and even though he underestimated the initial estimate, the actual price was fair and the results were fantastic. Can't recommend Hal's enough.”
“They were so nice! I came in to ask about a small spot of rust on my car door. A gentleman came out, looked at it, then came back and just sanded, applied something, painted it and fixed the spot right there! And didn't even charge! Then he answered my questions about other small dings and paint chips on my car, and recommended what to do with them. My usual car place said they didn't deal with rust spots, and referred me to Hal's for that. I guess Hal's Center does a lot of major repairs - there were cars lined up with bumpers missing or torn up in the parking lot, presumably waiting. It seemed pretty busy (must be popular?), but the folks still helped me with my spot of rust, and now I have peace of mind and more info on upkeeping my car!”

Right from my first contact with Pam the sales manager, I knew we made the right choice. She was cheerful and answered all our questions and concerns. Communication whether by email or phone was great. Then the movers showed up. Friendly, courteous and respectful of our furniture and personal items. Handled everything with care, wrapped everything with moving blankets and never stopped loading. It was not an easy move; a basement apartment with a turn in the staircase and a low ceiling height. To my surprise, not one nick or damage on anything. They took apart some of the furniture and reassebled it at the new place. They tested the recliners to make sure they worked before leaving. Super happy with our choice and decision to use Gentry and would recommend them to friends and family.”
