Over a year ago we called Johnny asking about a rental/rent to own situation. Out of all the realtors I called (and there were lots) he was the one who took me seriously, never laughing off a non traditional approach to find a home. He was kind, helpful and informative. Just that one phone call made me decide a year later to call him specifically and ask if he would help us in our home search. Every day since then, this guy worked for us. He was so darn eager and put the work in. He was always thinking of new ideas and alternative options. Even during the lull of the search he would call and text to check in and let us know he is still working on things and reaching out to potential sellers. Johnny answered texts at crazy hours and always returned calls. He got us to viewings within hours, multiple times, the last one being the home we bought. It is because of his ability to make things happen that we got this house. Johnny is the perfect combination of all the things that make for a fabulous realtor. He is positive but real, smart and humble, eager and hardworking. He is dedicated and caring. Buying a home is more than just showings and numbers. It’s also about getting to know your clients and guiding them through the emotional aspects of the ever changing market. Johnny did this so well, always making sure we understood what was happening and taking the time to ease our fears. He also made my children feel included. Covid made it so they had to attend lots of showings and meetings and he always greeted them and treated them as if they were just as important to the process. To say Johnny is a wonderful realtor would be a huge understatement. He is the reason we have fond memories of this process and ultimately have our forever home. He became our friend and we are so grateful for his endless effort and expertise.
