“Took my Jetta Sportwagen in to the service station for some significant computer issues. I do 90% of my maintenance and upkeep myself, but the computer issues were above my skill level. Parts had to be shipped from Wisconsin (probably due to the age of my car) but Kyle and the service team went above and beyond making sure my car was fixed correctly and running like new again. They even put me in a service loaner which I did not expect since my car is 14 years old. More importantly, the pricing was beyond fair and they kept me up to date as progress was being made. I have never had a dealer experience come close to the to the satisfaction I got from Kyle and the service team at Speedcraft VW. They earned a customer and are the only people I will let work on my VW in the future. Highly recommend them for any VW service.”

Unfortunately someone threw up in my car and I was able to clean most of it myself but for my peace of mind and sanity they agreed to detail my interior even though most would’ve turned me away. They also did the exterior as well. I would say great price for doing both and great results!!”
