“I’ve been to a few vet clinics over the years. The staff and vet here are calm and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all like I have in the past at other clinics. We were able to get in quickly and the appointment ran efficiently. They were gentle with my cat even with him having anxiety. I appreciate everyone for being kind.”
“Dr. Jody is wonderful. She is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She always takes the time to explain things to me so that I feel at ease. I can be an overly cautious dog mom but she always treats me with respect and is so accommodating when I have concerns for your pet. She also performs surgeries which makes me feel at ease knowing they are in her care at a critical time. She really cares about the well-being of your animal and I feel confident I can trust her with my furry loves. Dr. Mello and Dr. Crane are also great vets!”

I came in worried sick about my pet bunny & was instantly relieved to find out that she was okay. The staff is so attentive & caring, they are a very busy center but I promise it is worth the patience!”
“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

I was immediately impressed with her caring and thorough exams and her compassion when it became time to say goodbye to my beloved Shadow. I probably won't have another cat, but if I do it will be so I can have Dr. Harris as our veterinarian. I would give ten stars if I could.”

“Cannot recommend Spinnaker enough. The care they gave me and my Rudy during such a difficult time was all I could ask for. They also care for my friends pack. I have personally witnessed Dr. Fleming call well after hours to check on my friends dog who was having GI issues leading into a weekend. Tracy and the rest of the support staff are amazing. Incredibly thorough and calming in times of stress. Please, whatever you do, have your animals seen by this team! Spinnaker team, thank you, again ♥️”

Since we adopted him recently as an adult with lots of skin issues, Dr Caldwell and her team has been able to help us navigate his difficulties with ease, regardless of his lack of history (with him but also in general) and, special circumstances. We are forever grateful for her continued loving approach and concern for Bear to his unique patterns. We are so happy to have finally found a team who is more interested in addressing the root of his issues as opposed to simply treating his symptoms. We will never go anywhere else. If you are not happy with the lack of information you are receiving from your conventional vet, don't walk but run to Dr Caldwell and her team. You too will also be thrilled.”

S care for you as much as you care for them. Take them to a place that will take care of them. Like they should be. The people are human just like everybody else that have hard times in life. The work is here also are human and have bad times at times I'll stay with my 3 stars. Because I have not been a patient day for a long time. I would like to go back if there is any free space or a time. Just knowing I can look out for somebody. That's just down the street. That could help one of my animals survive if ever needed.”

“We’ve had five pets treated here over the past 15 years and I’ve always been very happy with the care that they received. Most of the time you can get an appointment within a couple hours. The entire staff has always been kind and excellent to deal with. ER care is never cheap, but their prices are fair compared to many other clinics we’ve visited while away from the area.”
