Waited several minutes for Sergio to finish his gab session with coworkers in the back. When he finally came to the counter he greeted me with “you all set?”. Not exactly an ideal customer greeting! He begrudging took my order, I paid and left. Will definitely not use the this office again.

If I could give negative stars I would! The mail girl left a message in my box my mail would not be delivered bc she's doesn't handle trash. I'd placed previous tenants mail adjacent open box for re delivery. Other expensive items haven't been delivered also. ..

I had the worst experience of my life at Wakefield post office today! I was there for my daughter’s passport. I was told on Friday by a staff there that no appointment is needed on Wednesday and Saturday! I was there at 9 on Saturday no one was there to help by 10:15 no one . Very incompetent staff . The manager hid way when I asked to speak with her when I just saw her on the back lol.. and the passaporte person walked away from me and locked herself away so I had to go home with no help.. very upset!!!! I guess I will try westerly one maybe they can help me

Nice convenient post office with a large parking lot and a lobby that is open 24 hours so I was able to get Forever Stamps at the self service kiosk, pretty quickly, while there was a long line waiting for the counter attendant. They have many mailboxes in here as well as packaging supplies.Easy to get to.

The guy working was extremely rude. I have had to go to the post office 3 times because they kept mailing my mail back to me. I have done my taxes this way for years and all of a sudden I’m doing it incorrectly. When I expressed my frustration the clerk immediately put the blame on me and was not sympathetic in the slightest. Horrible workers I won’t be back to this location.

I guess 02879 gets mail delivery twice a week it seems. Hire more people so people can get their mail in a timely manner . Geez

The regular carrier must be on vacation. She is fabulous. The current driver is incompetent. I put outgoing mail in my box this morning with the red flag ? up. When the carrier came instead of taking my outgoing mail this carrier decided to put down the red flag without taking the outgoing mail. Instead the carrier ignored the outgoing mail and deposited the incoming mail on top of the outgoing mail to be picked-up. Truly incompetent and annoying. Instead of playing music and decorating the mail truck for their comfort they need to be reminded they work at a job that should come first and foremost.I've always had excellent service inside.
