I had a very similar to Robert Zelles review. $225 I was told the car would look like it came right off the showroom. There were bugs and dirt remaining on the car. They didn't wipe the visor mirrors, or the back windows. There was so much spray on the wood trim pieces it looked grimy. The shine spray was on the door windows. I've had the regular service and it was no different beyond the washing of my floor mats..two of which are never used(backseat).
Have gone there for years. Won't be going back- they just didn't try to do a good job.

Asked for just internal detail. They ended up doing the outside of my truck also. Charged 225$ for both. And did a halfass job. Inside still had dog hair and dirt all over it. I’ve. Ever done a bad review on google before. This place was so bad I had to let others know

What are you doing for your customers that did get car washes. You should have my detailing from October. We get the cars detailed every year. This is not fair to your customers not committing fraud. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND WE WON'T BE USING YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE UNLESS YOU CAN DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT FAIR.

I brought my less than year old car for it’s first wash and full detailing. They did a decent job on the interior, although I had to rub off excess treatment on most of the interior surfaces. Looks like they sprayed on and did a poor job rubbing in and wiping off excess. Was very disappointed in the exterior job done. The car was not properly dried, still had water remaining on the surfaces. They addressed that in front of me, but water stains still remained. When they asked me to inspect the car, I pointed out numerous areas where the power wash didn’t remove normal bug splat and road grime. They made a half-hearted attempt to remove the dirt. At that point, I made up my mind that this would be the last time I ever used this business. I guess I could have been a jerk and insisted that they do the job right, but didn’t have time to argue because I had an appointment to get to. They said they waxed and buffed the exterior, but to be honest, I don’t know how they could have done that without removing the remaining dirt. When I got home, I spent two hours with a moist soft rag and rubbed off most off the remaining dirt. So much for a little elbow grease. I could have received the same quality from a $25 automatic car wash. I expected a lot more for the $225 price tag that I was charged for this haphazard job. To Pedro’s credit, when I called to complain about the lousy job done, he said that if I wasn’t happy with it, to bring the car back down and they would wash it again. I decided that it wasn’t worth my time and gas to go back and have them repeat the performance they gave me the first time. It’s too bad, I had heard good reviews about the business a few years ago. I guess a lot can change in a year or two.

They were very polite and did ok job cause I got home and my car was dirty in some spots and wasn't dried good cause they would have seen the dirty spots I've been there before and had a better experiment but other then that they were ok plus I couldn't beleive how fast they did my car

Update 2: Did stop back in and they did attempt to touch up one or two with a rag and some spray but wasn't exactly the best. They did also offer to bring it in another day to touch up some more but after wasting two seperate trips there don't intend a third. Bumped up review one star for at least the follow up. Stand by though how quailty of work has gone downhill. With these prices now I'll just pay the little extra for a full detail elsewhere.Update: Over past few years they had to double in price but unfortunately it seems they have halved the level of work into the job. There were still numerous spots that were covered in dust and dirt spots. They did not even vacuum my seats. Also, while they did spray down my mats they did not wait for them to dry, or even let excess water come off. For these prices now I will probably just consider paying the little extra for a full detail elsewhere.

They did a terrible job on my car. I had to wipe down my leather seats when I got home also my windows were streaky.For $40. I would expect better. I should have known when they told me my car was ready after less than 10 minutes.I won’t go back there.
