“Super friendly postmaster helped me with a change of address for my parents, both now deceased. Westerly post office was not cordial when I went there, although they did say that I needed to go to the West Kingstown post office. But shall we discuss the fact that they thought I should have known which post office I should have been at even though I told them I live in Colorado. Walked into West Kingstown post office, and felt welcome. She listened to every question, and answered them all. She was so incredibly helpful and empathetic!!!”
“Nice convenient post office with a large parking lot and a lobby that is open 24 hours so I was able to get Forever Stamps at the self service kiosk, pretty quickly, while there was a long line waiting for the counter attendant. They have many mailboxes in here as well as packaging supplies.Easy to get to.”
“Same experience with a supervisor there!!! His name is Ryan and he literally got in his personal car to drive over to open the package box in our complex because the wrong key was left. WOW! Thank you Ryan!!! This is definitely above and beyond.”

“Andrea is AWESOME! I have had some issues with my mail not being delivered due to broken mail box (landlord not willing to change it, no fault of USPS) and every time I visited this place Andrea went out and beyond to locate my mail at wakefield office, talking on the phone or even asking them to do a favor and redeliver the mail as I told her I do not have a car right now I had just moved to New England. This last time today she even wrote down the office phon for me in case I had trouble finding my mail. She turns visiting USPS experience from unfortunate to a pleasant one.”
