Purchased a pair of good looking earrings. Problem is: The colors are awful! The coral color looks like a dark orange, turquoise is very dull. The gold hoop is all scratchy looking. Only paid $25.00 for them but I have to pay to ship them back, pay for the restocking fee, etc.Doing a "BUYER BEWARE" -- found the same pair of earring on Etsy but took six weeks to ship. MADE IN CHINA, that's why these earring look so cheap in person and beautiful on their web page.

Went to store in hopes to find something today . Websites states open , got there and they were closed . I am so disappointed. Is there any way you can change if your open or closed on Facebook or website .

LOVE this store!! If ever visiting Newport, it's a must!! There are so many items to choose from- trendy jewelry, adorable sweaters, dresses, accessories and lots more!! I love that online shopping is available as well! Highly recommend this shop!!

The items in they offer online are cute, if pricey. I ordered a gift on 12/1/20. It has not arrived (today is 12/23). I followed up a number of times with the store and they said: "so this order was shipped and accepted into the mail system on Dec 2nd. The status would be pending if it was not shipped. I am so sorry about this, unfortunately this has been an insane shipping season once it leaves our hands there is unfortunately nothing we can do about this. If the items do not arrive before xmas and were gifts, we will gladly take them back for a full refund. But we need to get the items back in order to do that. " I am not sure HOW I am responsible for this. How could I get the items back to them, if I have not received them? They are not responsive, nor do they care about making things right. Bottom line - don't buy from them if you need items shipped.

Love this spot, and it's sister store in Newport, RI. Whether you need an outfit for a night out, a gift for a relative, or something for the holidays, Pink Pineapple has it. Adorable sweaters and jewelry to fit kids, teens and moms. Their staff is super nice and helpful too!

Love the items they have here but wasn't impressed when I realized half of the store is cash only, including 90% of the clothes. It wasn't this way before so I was surprised and not super happy, especially with the pandemic I expected less cash usage- not more.

Not impressed. Went to return a piece of jewelry I bought for myself and was wearing when I went in because I gave it as a gift and it broke twice. My friend got it fixed once and then it broke again. I said let me bring it back and get u a new one. I am a loyal customer and have I done a lot of business there. They will give me another one. I mean I bought two and am stills wearing mine. Actually that was the not the case. The associate said sorry I can't do anything for you. I was shocked. The jewelry is not expensive I was thinking they would take a loss for a loyal customer. Not impressed at all. Would appreciate the owner to call me because I can't imagine you run your business this way. Alicia 617-501-3974

I was looking forward to receiving my monogrammed 3/4 zip sweatshirt and it looked great at first glance but as I wore it the first time, the monogram unraveled. I tried numerous times contacting the merchant to no avail. Very disappointed in their terrible customer service.
