I recently purchased my second vehicle in less than a year from Paul Masse Chevrolet, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Paul Hagist Jr., my salesman for the second time, went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle that made me feel safe and confident. He was incredibly professional, caring, and patient throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience seamless. Additionally, Cam Bourassa, the finance manager, is outstanding. The service is consistently excellent, and I highly recommend Paul Masse Chevrolet to anyone in Rhode Island. They truly go above and beyond in every aspect!

Very disappointed. Service at this location recommended I take the car (Buick) back to their GMC/Buick location, where we purchased the car, because they might be more familiar with the issue since the South location couldn’t resolve the issue. The South location is in close proximity to our home. The option to have the car serviced locally was an incentive to purchase the car.

We have purchased 9 vehicles from the Masse Family. We have always gotten excellent deals from them without the high pressure sales pitch. Their sales staff is also there to answer questions or help with issues that sometimes pop up. BTW, their service department is excellent as well.

Just bought my Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 at Paul Masse Chevrolet in Wakefield RI. I had an excellent buying experience from the salesman Edwin to the Sales Manager Steve and the financial manager Cameron. It was a breeze! I recommend going to see them. It’s an awesome truck too!!

Paul and Cam were very professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with regarding our deal. We were very impressed with the general manager Michelle Masse.
