In the store, both employees helped me find exactly the product I needed and were friendly about doing so. On the other hand, an employee named Missy (got her voicemail) needs to re-think her vm message, like changing it from "I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience" to something more customer-friendly such as "I'll get back to you as soon as I can." Big difference in just a few words.”
