This was my visit appointment at this salon and it will be my last, starting off the girls were friendly, but the equipment they used was not clean from the worn out files to the dirty nail blue dryer to the stills full of dust along with the fan heater full of dust to the plastic shield all finger marks with nail polish stuck all over it. The tools were open in the holder she never unwrapped any tools that told me they use them over and over because when she finished they went right back in the same holder in front of her. Last but not lasted she pulled an ingrown nail out on side of my big toe that hurt and for 5 days now has been bleeding that I have to soak and put antibiotic cream on to heal. They charge a little less than my old salon, but I would never recommend this salon. In fact they should get a visit from the board of health.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone! I had the worst experience with a lady all the way in the back. She was rude and inconsiderate. She also made it a point to make fun of my previous nails:(

Terrible, terrible, awful experince. Me and my friend were getting out nails done the nail tech was very mean and not kind at all. When we were getting our nails done she gave us comepletly different nails that we asked for. After this fiasco was done we went to tip them and and I gave 10 dollars and the lady didint give a thank you or any appreciation she simply told us to leave and never come back

This was my first time going here and I will NOT be going back. The woman who was doing my nails, cut my pinky nail to the point where it bled and chipped my pointer finger nail. I told them that I decided I did not want my nails done since I was already having a terrible experience. She then, cut my nails down before I left. She did not even file or shape them. Making them look even worse than before. Instead, I recommend going Universal Nails down the street. They fixed my nails and they look so much better.

I’ve been a customer at Lee Nails for many years. It’s not fancy but it is clean and, depending on who I’ve gone to, I’ve been happy with the work done.

I went to get a fill today previously I went there and lady at table nine damaged my nail from over filing corner of my nail so it was infected this time she charged me extra to replace the nail she destroyed I didn't want to go back but was embarrassed to go to another place with my damaged nail it was probably also due to dirty unsanitary tools she used on me , her station was discussing and she kept burning my fingers with the dremel whatever the machine is they use for filing it was very traumatic

i won’t be coming back. my nails are so bad i ended up not finishing my service and going straight to a different salon. i got cut, the nails are different shapes, color is inconsistent, and the acrylic shape is bubbly on top/super rounded and just overall look bad. i’m really upset about this experience. i highly recommend deluxe nails down the road.

Pedicure: my feet were placed twice in cold water. Later, before applying color, the manicurist added acetone to the bottle of nail polish I had chosen. Thankfully before I could protest, she found another polish. Manicure: my hands felt drier after the manicure than before. Both services were so rushed despite having an appointment and neither included the usual care expected with each. I fared better than my cousin who was literally stabbed by an instrument at the start of her pedicure, which caused bleeding. The manicurist applied an antiseptic, which of course, burned. Since she wouldn’t have her nails painted fearing infection, she politely said no when asked if she was ready to pay. The only thing to their credit was that they didn’t insist (maybe because she was LIMPING and we both remained civil despite all of this). It doesn’t deserve one star.

My Mom travels 30 minutes to go to Lee Nails. She moved away from Wakefield but has been going there for years because she really likes how Molly works with her.
