It only takes one experience to earn a future customer.
I took in my Chevy Tahoe in for some insurance work. At the same time, I was able to get an on the spot estimate for some personal work for aftermarket body panels to get repaired and repainted.
I dropped off both the Tahoe and the panels at the same time. I got my tahoe back quick and it looked better than it did before the accident, but they needed a few more days to finish up the panels and boy was it worth it. A near mirror finish on a paint job with a flake, prior fisheyes and orange peel addressed and corrected. Fiberglass repaired AND reinforced.
Bob kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and even though he underestimated the initial estimate, the actual price was fair and the results were fantastic. Can't recommend Hal's enough.

Lady at front desk totally useless as employee. She has no idea what customer talking about body work and I'm assuming about mechanical involved jobs. Turning 180° from this shop to better costumer service.

Hal's has an outstanding staff, Kerry and Bob especially, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating, making a difficult experience as painless as possible. The repairs were completed in a timely and exceptional fashion. All around they were amazing. If you have an accident and need repair work they are the place to go. They also have mechanic service and handle a minor issue for me with ease. Thank you Team Hal's for everything. I truly appreciated your efforts from start to finish!!

People in the know in South County already know, but EVERYONE and NEWCOMERS need to know.Hal's is the best. They beautifully repaired one daughter's car after she rear-ended someone. They nicely repaired our other daughter's car after a deer ran into her on Route 1.Yesterday, we went there for an estimate on our daughter's car after she hit a curb. Bob - who is awesome every time - pushed the dent out of front bumper by hand, added several fasteners, then refused any payment!Hal's is simply the best!!!

They were so nice! I came in to ask about a small spot of rust on my car door. A gentleman came out, looked at it, then came back and just sanded, applied something, painted it and fixed the spot right there! And didn't even charge! Then he answered my questions about other small dings and paint chips on my car, and recommended what to do with them. My usual car place said they didn't deal with rust spots, and referred me to Hal's for that. I guess Hal's Center does a lot of major repairs - there were cars lined up with bumpers missing or torn up in the parking lot, presumably waiting. It seemed pretty busy (must be popular?), but the folks still helped me with my spot of rust, and now I have peace of mind and more info on upkeeping my car!

Honest and dedicated professionals, they work with you to get your vehicle fixed RIGHT. They turned my accident from a stressful and nerve wracking experience into something positive, they did not settle with the original insurance claim, and fixed the vehicle above my standards. From the great communication in the front office to the superb craftsmanship in the shop, I couldn’t be happier with the service at Hal’s.
