My aunt was sent pre-op medications to Greenline on Wednesday Jan 24th for her to start on Tuesday Jan 30th. I called Greenline beginning the Wednesday afternoon (a total of 4 times, talking to one person and leaving 3 voicemails plus a text message) over the course of those 6 days to get her pre-op medications. I also spoke to the doctor’s office twice regarding the inability to get hold of anyone to get her medications delivered prior to when she needed to start them. They contacted Greenline again for me. Greenline FINALLY called me back on Jan 30th (the day my aunt was supposed to start her pre-op medications). In the end, we didn’t use Greenline. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I will not be recommending them to anyone. I also have relayed the issues we had to the doctor’s office so they will hopefully find a new pharmacy as this reflects just as poorly on the practice using them. They also told me I was not the first patient to have these issues.

Stopped in for some delicious ice cream floats. They have the best soda floats and Natalie served them up with a smile. Wonderful service. We will be back!

What a lovely place! I recently went to Green Line and was helped by Anasia, who was the most helpful and sweetest person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to at any ice cream place in town. The ice cream was amazing, but my server was so kind it made the ice cream even better. I hope to see her again soon!?

Disappointed, tried to help a friend get a prescription he couldn't afford, first spent 20 min in there trying to straighten it out, they gave me the amount that was going to be charged to my account because they had to deliver it. THEN, when they delivered it they charged my account 9.00 more dollars, not a good practice!!!

I transferred to Greenline Apothacary because I want to support ‘an independent pharmacy. They have created a wonderful space and have very convenient parking. As a former ‘soda jerk’ I appreciate the soda fountain and atmosphere. It does seem, unfortunately, that they definitely do not support the customer experience.There are usually between eight and ten employees behind the pharmacy counter. Seldom is there more than one dealing with customers, even when the line is four to five long. When I occasionally present at the counter as the only one, I have rarely been acknowledged with any promptness.( when it has happened—- usually one of the youngest ‘?trainees’ I have tendered praise and appreciation)Even an acknowledgment that ‘I see you and will get to you as soon as I am free’ would be welcome.I know they could greatly improve the customer experience with little effort.Am hopeful this will happen.

I am giving this 5 star review to the young boy who got me my coffee ice-cream today. I went in to get a prescription and I was not in a great mood. This young boy who looked about 13 waited on 5 people, did tricks with flipping things, and showed incredible kindness that I felt like there may be hope again !oman

Fantastic service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan on Tuesday, and I had my pre op meds delivered the very next day! Megan was warm, efficient and a joy to deal with. I would get all my meds from them if I lived closer. Bravo, Green Line, and Megan!

This was our first trip to Green Line Apothecary. We had the pleasure of having Ella as our server. She was very pleasant and informative. We learned the history of Green Apothecary while she artistically created our hot fudge sundaes. We will be back!

Gotta give a shout out here to an employee at Green Line Apothecary in Wakefield that went above and beyond her job description. Being in the midst of transitioning from private insurance to Medicare has been a frustrating and confusing time figuring out how to continue with the prescriptions I was on. Meagan spent almost a half hour on the phone with me to insure that I got all of my subscriptions filled, and let me know what the co-pays for each would now be. Iin doing so, she researched each prescription to ensure I received the lowest cost alternatives. I am beyond grateful to her patience and diligence. This is a woman who truly cares about her customer’s well being. Bravo Meagan ~ your efforts are very much appreciated!
