The owners wife, Jen, was very rude. My husband purchased earrings there for me. The price was exceptionally high. This I found out after doing some research. She was offended that I felt this way. Also, she was very condescending. She explained how they were a small business & had expenses, you get what you pay for...she told me to look at the trucks outside & said there are different levels if trucks, etc... it was actually unbelievable. I felt like she was talking down to me. She did give us some money back. But, I would never do business with her again. Unbelievable lack of class & courtesy.

Visited Eloquence Fine Jewelry & Gifts for the first time today and was absolutely happy that I did. They have a great selection and the customer service was outstanding. Certainly a great place to find gifts and unique pieces. I do recommend stopping by for a visit, and I'll be certainly going back soon.

Needed an appraisal and a cleaning for insurance purposes. Jennifer the owner was kind and fun to talk to. I would definitely buy from them in the future and they had a wide variety of lovely pieces in stock.

Poor jewelry repair quality and hostile customer service.The moment anyone walks into the establishment they are greeted by the proprietor’s dog barking incessantly. I have dogs and I love dogs but in my opinion, it did not feel like a welcoming environment. I should have taken that as a sign to take my business elsewhere.We paid $170 to have a bracelet clasp repaired in November 2022 at this location. The bracelet was dainty but we were assured that a new clasp could be fashioned. After receiving the repaired piece there were discolored, ugly and uneven gold solder marks round the chain that attached the new clasp. Within a month, the bracelet broke and fell off of my wrist under normal activity. I would wash dishes wearing the piece and I suspect that the dissimilar repair metal corroded against the more noble gold bracelet. The faulty repair is not the point of this review.I returned to the store inquiring about a warranty claim on the defective repair and my wife and I were shouted away with claims of extortion. The proprietor was so aggressive that she chased away another browsing customer. We already lost a sentimental piece of jewelry we did not need to lose our dignity so we walked away.To the Owner:If the repair was beyond your expertise, don't accept the repair effort. We would have been able to find an expert elsewhere who would have been able to make the repairs and back up their work.Please next time do not accost the customers. We wanted to work something out and come to an agreement. None deserves to be treated the way you treated us.

Eloquence is my favorite jewelry shop! It’s a terrific, friendly shop with all kinds of unique pieces. I love the vintage case, you’ll never know what you’ll find! All of the items are reasonably priced, high quality stones and settings and overall just beautiful! The owner Jen is super kind and is always happy to find you that perfect accessory to keep you looking your fanciest!

I talked out ideas with the owners and they were very patient and helpful. After about a month of decision making I finally made a decision and the ring that I received was absolutely gorgeous! Excellent jewelry repair store which of course also sells jewelry—and surprisingly, pre-owned bags and purses. I bought a Tiffany bag in Tiffany blue suede, which has become my absolute favorite. Should add Hamilton Jewelers at the Gardens Mall told me they couldn’t size up my engagement ring: it would have to be remade. Hah! Eloquence had no problem resizing it. The owners are very nice and reliable.

Woman who works at this store is wife of owner @ E Greenwich store. You go in one time and she is sugary sweet; you go in another time and she is shockingly rude and unhelpful. I would give this store a zero in customer service.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Jennifer was friendly, helpful, involved in my project of resetting a ring. She made the searching for styles, and the whole process, fun. And Dan did an amazing job on my ring. In sum, the work is gorgeous, the price was very reasonable, and I would recommend them heartily.
