Tried to buy flu medicine and snacks on my way home from classes. One of the female managers followed me around the store the entire time I was there, then accused me of stealing despite the fact that I had my items bagged up by the clerk, and a receipt.

Nice CVS near the URI campus. Located near a bunch of other businesses it's small but well stocked.I went to get some protein supplement and they had a good selection of them. It's really well organized and I liked the staff, they all seemed happy to be working there.Good parking lot as well.

My buddies and I went in to grab a couple drinks and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. We were standing there talking while the 2 employees sat In the back talking. The bell at the register was removed so we could not respectfully call them over, and they were just completely oblivious to the fact that we were there

The CVS on the URI campus is always well stocked and has everything I need when I don't want to run to the grocery store. With my most recent trip to the store, there was a woman working the check out was extremely kind and caring. I was very sick and picking up Kleenex, cough syrup, and Life Water; she was patient while I shuffled through my phone app to find my CVS card. She then asked if I wanted to redeem my coupon, which I had forgotten about in my daze. At the end of the transaction she said, "I hope you feel better!" It was a true and genuine tone. She really took anticipatory steps of customer service which you don't normally see. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out, she deserves the kudos!

Great service - Store Manager is very nice. No Pharmacy at this location but there is plenty of essential items. Easy quick stop and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile to help or substitute an item if its not in stock :)

For the 2 years I resided near the campus, this particular CVS had been a quick and convenient option for running errands and filling out my grocery lists. If you are a pedestrian or biking student, the emporium is easily accessible and takes only a few minutes to reach.

It is great having a CVS here in Kingston, RI. It is important to note that they only carry over-the-counter medicine at this location.

During the day, the line is always ridiculous. They need more staff at the front. They're always friendly but there's just not enough of them. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to check out at CVS if I'm not even picking up a prescription.
