My address is 10A Desiree.
How can a delivery not be made to 10 Desiree when we have been living here for 5 yrs? It's me or my neighbor at B, but you decided it was better to ignore customer service, my name, my face when I wave or talk to you- than asking a simple question. Idiots surrounded by idiots!

This post office can’t be bothered to pick up the phone, especially after numerous attempts with 30 minute intervals. Taxpayer dollars well spent.

The woman who is consistently running the postal window is an absolute witch. She has been so rude to me each and every time I have had to come to this location. I (happily) use the Bryant University Post Office daily that closes at 4:30pm. When I can't make it there, I have to visit this location, and I always dread it. She is so mean. Very upsetting

The entire staff are rude and miserable people. Especially for the holiday season. Very sad as I previously had good experiences there, but unfortunately people work when they should be retiring and the community pays the price.

This lady has had a weird vibe for little over a year with me in my opinion. I don’t know what her problem is, maybe she is just cranky. But long story short I went in there four different times with an over sized box only to be told four different things on each visit. Last thing I was told before I decided to never set foot in there again is that she didn’t know how to properly input the H, W, & L of my box to get the computer to work to give me a price and tells me good luck on my way out. Clearly didn’t want to do it, I refuse to believe a postal worker can’t input basic measurements. Don’t worry Broomhilda, I won’t be back. Me or my oversized box.

Arrived at 4:50PM, place closed at 5pm. I was desperate to have a package sent out the day of me arriving. Keith, the worker, told me I would not be able to send the package due to them closing in ten minutes. It was shipping outside the U.S. and he would have had to stay five minutes after his shift to put the custom info into the computer. Not everyone goes a little above what's expected in their jobs, I suppose. But in customer service, I feel at times that this is what makes a company shine. Other than this experience, the woman who I usually deal with here has been pretty helpful. Will be using other post offices in the future, though.

Carriers are the worst in Northern RI. Occasionally something correct is placed in my mailbox. Cordial complaints get nowhere with this branch they only illicit more excuses. This particular branch feels as though it is one of the more poorly managed branches of the USPS. In my personal experience, that certainly has been the case. I now use another address for all of my sensitive mail as it never seems to come in on time or unscathed. After having these issues on and off for two years, I have decided to rate this branch badly. Thanks for your time. I am sorry if you also have to deal with this branch :/

slow af wish i hadn't already paid for 6 month Po box here. the staff is usually friendly though if you're willing to wait upwards of an hour in line
