I am leaving a 5-star review based on a recent experience my daughter and I had with a young lady by the name of Arielle at checkout. It's a long story, but we had a very complicated checkout with a return, a gift card purchase to be used for a ship-to-home order and a regular purchase. It was much more involved than what I am stating here ? but Arielle was AMAZING. She was pleasant and helpful and professional throughout. She made what could have been a very taxing and frustrating transaction as pleasant as possible. I hope the management at Ulta, and this store in particular, know what a great asset she is to their company. So many stores have such poor customer service, especially at checkout--not so at this Ulta. It's clear to me that Arielle has great people skills--she's going to go far. Thank you Arielle!

I Love Ulta. It's like a toy store for woman. They have basic brands all the way up to high end brands. There is something for everyone.

This was my first and last time going into this location. The workers were so unprofessional and talking about inappropriate things to each other while i was standing right there waiting to be helped. They looked at me and then continued their conversation. I didn’t even know they were workers at first. Also i tried to use a coupon and the girl at the register tried to scan it and it obviously didn’t scan and when i asked her if she used the coupon she rudely said she did. (She didn’t and i paid full price).

I was helped today by a LOVELY young girl named Ava. I have been unsure of how to do my makeup as I get older (34) and have always had a difficult time picking the correct shades. I told Ava that I needed some staples for a natural look. She was so excited to help me find the PERFECT color/texture foundation, and showed me how to correctly apply my foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush, etc. to accentuate my features, explaining every step as she did so. Her coworker Erica (I think that was her name… the Clinique specialist) was so helpful as well. Thank you ladies!!!

I went into this location for a full glam makeup appointment. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I have had my makeup done multiple times and have never experienced this. The stylist was lost she didn’t know what to use on me. She didn’t blend my face right my eyeshadow was applied incorrectly I had blotches all over my face. If you are going to offer makeup services you need to have someone who knows what they are doing. It was horrible. Please go somewhere else if you want your makeup done. I had to pay and do my own makeup. I had to pickup the brush and show her how to blend the makeup. I was going to a wedding and was so upset that my makeup came out like this.

With such a wide variety of options for men’s cologne, they had absolutely NO travel size colognes to even purchase. Not even in the “back-up” drawer. Such a shame to I would have spent the money if they had any in stock.

My name is Stacey Dyndur and I was helped by a lady named Manvella at store 724. She was extremely helpful and very nice. I was looking for a eyelash primer and she showed me the best one that Ulta had. I bought the travel one just in case and now I have to buy a regular one because it worked excellent.

Went with my daughter, she was looking for some help with makeup colors and some advice on application. The first associate started off helpful, but all of a sudden said she had to take a call and would "circle back with us". After about 5 to 10 minutes we realized she wasn't coming back to help and then I saw her up at front register just standing there. We asked another associate for some help with product, and she was great. However, never recieved any advice on application which when I called I was told any of the beauty advisors could help with. At checkout the first associate was there and she wouldn't even look at us. Very unprofessional and not the experience we were looking for. I will go to another store next time.

I always come to Ulta for all of my beauty needs. If I have any complaints, per se, I wish they'd carry more products for dying ones own hair. I understand that that's to push people towards their salon, but they're truly missing out on a lot of revenue by doing this.
