Highly recommend The Color House. Doug was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect colors for my new business. He took the time to go over some things with me that I didn't even take into consideration. I'm thankful for his expertise and get lots of compliments on my walls! Also, the paint quality is excellent! Highly recommend!

Horrendous customer service!!! My painter, who is ONLY painting three bathrooms in my home, went in to order two cans of paint specifically made for bathrooms and high moisture areas. We had already gotten three other cans elsewhere for two other bathrooms. While she shopped the store and spent another $100 on supplies, came back to the two cans in a cardboard box with only the top visible. The painter came back to my home and started doing trim work on this third bathroom. When she left for the day, I went up to see the progress and noticed the can on the floor. It was not the Bath and Spa formula but another variety of the same paint NOT meant for high moisture areas. I notified my painter and she was shocked they had made that mistake. When we attempted to return it we were flatly refused. Told once tinted, we cannot return it despite it NOT being the correct paint. I tried to discuss it rationally and before I could even try to come to a compromise, "Doug", the arrogant paint guy began to criticize my painter, stated that she bought the paint under another account "for a discount" and refused to accept that the mistake could have been on their side. He claimed she stood there and saw the cans before they were mixed while her receipt clearly shows she was shopping the store. He kept claiming protocol and their "process". He claimed that the woman behind the counter would have asked about the project and materials. So I countered, if told that we were painting a bathroom with a steam shower, wouldn't she also have recommended a Bath and Spa product? Of course, then he deflected and said that it is the painter's responsibility to check the product before they leave. Sure unless they are confident the store wouldn't make a mistake and the fact that she returned to collect the box with the two cans without a view of the labels. So I am out $200 for paint that is completely unusable, another $300 for the labor yesterday applying the wrong product and now another $300 for the correct product and for a primer that can cover the dark color that is the wrong material so the new one will look right. Asked for owner or manager and was refused. Lost my business with the attitude and demeanor. Could have come to a compromise but when a "woman owned business" would rather throw my female painter under the bus for the mistake than consider a reasonable solution.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that took time to provide advice on paint type and color. Wish every store was this helpful and kind.

Via better paint After making a choice of 3 paints better best and superbest I decided to go with the middle choice this stuff is show tick it will cover cement seriously really super good paint you pay a little bit more then the big Box stores but I have to tell you it travels a lot more on the walls in hides everything I had a very bright color originally on the wall I got a off white collar I only needed one coat Best pain I've ever used and I bought it at the Greenville store
