Lots of stuff, but not many workers. 30 people in line for a self checkout register, there were only 2 working. One register open with a human. I waited for 2 minutes and walked out.

I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.

I decided to go late in the evening since the store was open until 10pm. I arrived around 9, there was no line for returns. I grabbed a few groceries that I needed. The store was not busy. I was in & out within 30 minutes.

i ordered a Nintendo switch on line and paid for it for pick up at the North Haven store. when I got there to pick it up I was told that I was too late and they had already sent it back. Apparently it has to be picked up the same day that it is ordered.I then ordered the same one from Walmart for pick up. They gave me 4 days to pick it up. They brought it out to my car! it was so much easier!

This store reminds me of a disgusting Kmart. Empty shelves, racks of disorganized product everywhere, and let's not mention that no one is staffed! The self check out lines are always at least 15 customers deep, with lines that are unbearable. This store has a serious service issue. Time for new management.

literally disgusted with the lady that stands next to the self check out (she's a little heavier wears glasses) when i was having a hard time checking out she never once walked over to the checkout to help me (lazy, kept talking to coworkers) when she eventually after the third time asking for help she huff and puffed and treated me like i was an idiot. if your staff can't walk the 2 steps in front of them to help a customer maybe they need a different job.. check your cameras and watch the encounter, watch me talk to her three different times before she actually walked over to me so disgusted with the customer service ..

Place is pretty good for the most part but the self check out area was disgusting and should be cleaned and maintained better . All these workers just standing around and talking when they COULD BE CLEANING. Check out my pictures to see what I'm talking about ! Thanks !

I went to target for 2 days to look for a specific produce item. Employee John R. saw my frustration and went above and beyond and collected it for me in the back. Very thankful

Target has a good selection of grocery essentials. Target is a great place to get items for a quick meal, staff is very friendly and helpful when needed.

The staff doing curbside pickup was friendly, courteous, quick and helpful. It makes shopping online and doing curbside pick up a delight. There’s never been a problem the people a great product to grade the price is a great the timing is great no wait no standing in line, no sitting in the car waiting. I do it all the time. I did it three times this week from Sunday to Thursday. In preparation for Easter Sunday, for my four grandchildren has become my favorite go to Shop store.

Not an April Fool's joke, Target does take customer service seriously...More than 15 people stand in line to check out as they only have 1 register open. The store is disgusting as product is not organized on shelfs and left on the floor. Aisles are blocked with product left on the floor so customer need to weave thru one at a time.
