Staff never says hello or acknowledges me at all. I go in almost daily. Rude and slow when they do speak or answer a question.

All coffee shops are hit or miss on occasion that's a given but lately this SB has been on point. I've been here literally hundreds of times and can only think of a handful of coffees that have sucked. The service is usually friendly and I get the same exact coffee every time; I love consistency because shouldn't it taste the same every time you order it? Service can be a little slow especially on the weekends but now I know to give it real extra time. Overall my go-to coffee on 44 ?

This was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had....so much so that I am changing my mind about going back. First, I believe that Starbucks runs on customer service and the minute that my friend and I walked through the door that was definitely lacking..... no one said hi how are you doing or even acknowledged our presence and we waited at the counter for at least a good 2 to 5 minutes before anybody actually acknowledged that somebody was waiting to order. Aren't they supposed to take your name because that didn't happen. The coffee was not good mine or my friends.

I came to this Starbucks on multiple occasions and have been consistently treated poorly by the front desk server- a man with rainbow colored hair and a man wearing a Picasso hat. Both attendants asked us for our order did not greet us when we greeted them 3 times and were very rude and abrupt when taking our orders. This is obviously not a Starbucks that cultivates diversity in the customer experience according to their corporate mission.

This place is a turnstile of employees, lack of consistency, 9 people working there and no one else in the store and still took 2 mins to greet me at the counter.Called corporate to share my experience and they said they would "call back" and never heard from the store or from corp.At one time this was a great place to have a coffee and now very questionable at best. Staff was personable, kind and welcoming. Now it feel like we are the inconvenience to the staff. I feel this place needs a solid GM to run the store, hold people accountable.

Done with this place. Coffee is so inconsistent at this location. They "open" at 530. Pulled up to go inside and order a coffee at 6:05 because the drive thru was 13 cars long. An employee ran to the door and locked it. I attempted to open the door and she proceeded to give me the cut off sign like I was drunk at some trashy bar. I called the store because that is bulls$%@. Asked to speak to the manager. I informed her what had happened and the line for drivethru is 13 cars long. She then told me she was late for work and none of the machines were up and running. LMAO! Also I agree it is cringy that they hand you the card reader expecting a tip for doing absolutely nothing. Also when you use the app they never put a stopper on any coffee to keep it warm. Bunch of flakes looking for extra money for subpar coffee, service. Here's a tip. Show up on time to work and throw maybe even the most minuscule effort into customer service and quality of product and service and maybe just maybe people would be more prone to tip you 5 dollars on a 6 dollar latte

Go there to grab a coffee at 4:49 says it closes at 5 for new years eve. Go to front door and it's locked which ok maybe just drive through since there's 4 cars in line. Not a problem get back in truck and go in line for which just sit and wait for 10 min. I guess it's close when ever you want and just let customers sit there like they don't matter instead of telling them you closed early and can clearly see them waiting. Thanks I think I'll be giving to the local coffee shops from now on

LIGHTEN UP ON THE ICE!...The last few times through my $7+ iced Venti was 75% ice...I won't be back anymore...Drive through worker was very nice, that's the only positive and reason for 2 stars. The picture was after an hour of melting!

Most rude staff, the drinks here are really a hit or miss sometimes it's amazing sometimes ur better getting water. It's a nice vibe though, it's just the staff that's always giving attitude if you ask them to adjust something. It's not the most fun experience ever even in the drive thru you will still get rude experiences. Overall it's the last Starbucks I'd personally go to around this area

I ordered a hot coffee with skim milk only. Took 10 minutes beyond the time it was suppose to be ready. No greeting upon entering the establishment and standing there for 10 min no recognition. I know things get busy but those small steps would have eased the waiting.

This location has drastically gone downhill and this will be last time I visit. Young workers without a personality. Today I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes with one car in front of me. They ignored both of us at the window. We then stood outside door. Again they ignored us. Opened 40 minutes late with a muttered “sorry for delay”. Common decency would have dictated they acknowledged us and simply stated they were delayed as they clearly saw us.
