The owner did an excellent job putting together two wonderful displays on very short notice for a family funeral. She even came in on July 4th weekend when her store was closed to help me and my family in our time of need, and she delivered the arrangements to the church. Her customer service was excellent and so was her compassion. I highly recommend her for events, both somber and celebratory.

I really can't say anything bad about this place. Most of my family is on the east coast so i always try to find somewhere local as i can't trust the big national florists not to be a mess plus i believe in shopping local. I have ordered flowers for my grandma from here twice and both times the bouquets have been absolutely beautiful and made my grandma's day. So thank you all very much! I would recommenced this place to anyone looking for a florist in RI without hesitation.

I'm sure the folks here do great work, but their delivery could use improvement. I didn't know my friends had sent flowers after my grandmother passed away, and I live in an admittedly tough apartment building to navigate. When I order anything, I leave clear instructions, but they didn't know to do this as it was meant to be a surprise. I was patient with the delivery person when they called and gave them instructions to enter the building. They complained during the call about how terrible the building is to access every time they come here and I agreed and validated their frustrations. When I said to enter in a code to the mailroom, they complained about having too many things in their hands (flowers and chocolates) and that they couldn't deliver to the mailroom. I said to just leave it outside then, but they continued to complain afterwards. Since I was trying to work with them while also trying to prevent the items from being stolen, I would have appreciated a little more mindful customer service, considering I just experienced a loss and had no idea to expect a delivery. I've made deliveries myself many times to tough areas to navigate or frustrating apartment buildings, but all that needs to be done is to communicate and have some patience. It's not the person's fault where they live and they shouldn't be complained to unless they're being rude, which I wasn't. I haven't even seen the flower arrangement yet, as I was not home, but the experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth that I will think of even when I do get to see the kind gesture from my friends for the death in my family. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I hesitated posting anything, but thought it important, since people order flowers for all kinds of reasons and you never know who the person is on the other end and what they've been through.

I am giving them 5 stars because of their incredible CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order too close the the deadline, their truck had already departed for the town I needed the flowers to be delivered to. The owner - took it upon herself (and her husband unannounced to him) to deliver the bouquet its final destination. Now THAT is awesome customer service and value.
