I didn’t get her name but we were there at 12:30 on Friday 10/20/23. I just wanted to recognize how helpful she was. I’ve worked with the public for over 25 years and I know it’s nice to get praise once in a while instead of complaints.”

“They have standard post office service, but honestly I don't expect the USPS to rush ship packages and all seeing they get about a billion dollars in debt a year. Technically speaking the guy who gave someone tape can get in a lot of trouble so it would be best if you got over $4... Or just prepared your package ahead of time.”

“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful!
