I had to come to this location because the other story went to did not have the base in a quart. The clerk at the other location called the head for me to make sure this location had what I needed. When I got there they mixed the color for me quickly the service was nice the store looks great good experience

Went all the way to Smithfield with a picture of the paint I needed he was able to scan code and tell me it was made in Johnston store but he could not read the formula because of a sticker that was covering formula. He said he could call the store and get it but was to lazy to. He directed me to go to Johnston store does he not know the price of gas. Will not do business with that location ever again.

Came in today and had the best experience with the training manager, Eric!! He was extremely knowledgeable about any and everything we asked and was so kind. Our trip was efficient and informative. Eric is the best!!!

I strongly recommend Sherwin-Williams in Smithfield, RI for any painting needs. I was visiting the area from Stonington, CT and stopped by to pick up some items. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided me with information which caused me to purchase some items which I had not intended to purchase. He also informed me that I should go somewhere else for some items!Despite the distance from my home, I will always go there for my painting needs!

The Greenville store has great sales people. Store is well stockedand clean. The sales girl was very helpful and knew exactly whereto look for the kind of pavement sealer I needed. It wasn't in stock but she went and checked to see if they had some in the back room. She went above and beyond to help me.Thank You
