I came in for brake pads on my BMW, was not told I also needed rotors. They just completed the job without notification. I would’ve liked a follow up on the matter to have a choice. I do not recommend this place.
Couple weeks later I now need back brake pads and went to Sal’s on Putnam Pike in Johnston. I was informed that I only need pads and sensors. My rotors are good. I do not find Rt. 5 Auto to be trustworthy. I found a new mechanic and will continue using their services.
