I dropped off a sliding door screen for repair. I called the store twice and left a message each time to have someone call me to let me know if the door was ready. I never received a call back so I had to go to the store after waiting three weeks. when I got to the store, the cashiers were discussing their schedule so it took a while for them to acknowledge me. They finally asked what I needed and I told them I was there to find out if the screen door was ready. It was ready and I stated I wasn’t sure if I could fit it in my car. The cashier just looked at me and didn’t offer any help. I carried the screen door out by myself and put it in my trunk and left it sticking out and was able to secure it and drive home safely.

I enjoy shopping at Ace. It's very organized and clean. Prices are good and there are always specials to take advantage of. They fill propane tanks too. Great employees and managers. Easy in and out! No need to hike a couple miles in a big box store. Ace is the place!

Rented a U-Haul this week, staff was great. Assistant Manager was very patient helping the employee that was assisting me, which is great to see. The truck was clean, the gas milage the truck gets is terrible (haha), but I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. The store itself is well maintained, and all the staff is great.

This is a generous 2-star, because in the past, we didn’t have any issues. The problem incident happened earlier in the year. 2 70+ year old men ordered a Uhaul, when we had snow. On arrival, the uhaul was buried in snow, and the lot around it as well. At first, it was kind of left to us to unbury the Uhaul, which is a bit ridiculous, since we didn’t bring shovels with us. Then they sent an employee out to do it, and he got mad, had a temper tantrum, and literally threw the shovel across the parking lot. It was insane, and embarrassing. We went back, got our money back, and went to another place that wasn’t too far away. We haven’t been back since.

This Ace really is a little gem in Greenville. So convenient when you need something without having to go over to Target or one of the bigger stores. They have a lot to offer for a hardware store from cleaning products to grills, outdoor patio furniture, pet food etc. They even have little toys, gifts, gadgets, snacks and drinks over by the checkout. U-Haul rentals are a breeze here and their employees are always friendly. Also a great place to buy plants for the garden, hanging flowers, soil, seeds.. definitely a solid store. Plenty of parking and a great location.

Great staff very helpful, lots to choose from I purchase a Toro leaf blower and Vacuum to do my lawn with. Prices are about the same as most places.

Store associate was helpful but still couldn't answer the electrical question I had.Noticed that they have a mulch special in the parking lot now... 2 bags for $10.Are you crazy? Home Depot a mile down the road is selling 5 bags for $10!!You are making yourself look ridiculous with this promotion.

Store is easy to navigate, but if you ask for help from people at register, it’s like asking for their first born! They are not too friendly. I know everyone has bad days but what happened to hello when you walk in and thank you when you purchase something? Maybe I’m old fashioned
