“I go to the store one to two times a week and I can’t honestly say all the staff is amazing. There is a worker named John there who always helps me out when I have questions. He’s compassionate about the animals there and he’s very knowledgeable. Petco is very lucky to have the Workers they do in Smithfield. I wish every store and people in general were all is nice as the staff at Petco. They’re just so amazing. I know I keep saying that but anytime you’ll have an issue. “I've been taking my German Shephard Kobe (3 years old) for the past year or so, and they always handle him with care. Kobe is not the best with strangers, and the fact that he goes to Dtails willingly and without ever any issues says alot about the Dtails Team! They are amazing at what they do!! Bathing him, cutting his nails, brushing his teeth, cleaning his ears, they do it all & I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Dtails :)”
