I can't speak about what the inside of the place looks like or if the prices are good because when my husband and I pulled in at 1:29PM on a Saturday, we just stepped out of the car and the owner came out and pushed the rock out from in front of the door and said. "Closing". Hours online say they are open till 2PM. You would have thought she would have welcomed us in, with the possibility of making some money. Not completely surprised with all the other reviews left about the owner. Sad, because we always like to support any business that helps animals. Many times we have driven by and place is closed before it should be. Owner should think about fixing store hours online.

RUDE RUDE RUDEWalked in and owner chatting with a friend that was standing in front of the counter....30 mins. I walked around and found several small items so I could be making a financial donation. Owner never acknowledged me. Stood waiting, never stopped chatting. Finally, I said, while I'm waiting, could you direct me to a bathroom. The owner said, there's no bathrooms here. I said there's no bathrooms anywhere around this area. She said no. Then she went back to talking to her friend. The business closes at 2:00. I walked out the door and sat my items by the door as I walked out to see if there was any bathrooms outside anywhere. As I was looking around she closed the business door as her friend walked out, locked it and drove off

Shop owner was extremely rude from the start. I went to walk in with my friend & my 2 year old son & she immediately got on us about what door we walked towards. I immediately apologized & went to the "correct" door & she got on me about my son who was walking beside me. She then told me I needed him with me at all times which I completely understood & picked him up just to make her feel better. None of this helped. She proceeded to make faces & noises at everything we did as I carried my son through. I even reassured her that my son is stuck to my hip so no worries, she wasn't buying it & made huffing sounds as we walked through. I then was looking at rings, still with my son in my arms & he has allergies. He sneezed & the owner proceeded to act disgusted with him which I ignored but my friend could not. We went to walk more & she walked up behind us & asked us to move, very rudely mind you, but we both did. Apparently I moved into the "check out area" (just an area which had nothing to show it was check out & looked like another messy part of her shop. ) but I didn't mind the mess. When I moved there she snapped at me like was an idiot & told me to get out of the way cause that's where she needs to be. I still, at this point was so nice to this woman. I told her sorry & explained I couldn't tell it was check out.. & still with my child in my hands. She then looked at my friend & gave her a smile that can only be described as a big "fuck you bitches". My friend could no longer stand how nice I was being to her & how rude & insulting this woman was back.. she decided to ask the owner simply "would you like us to leave or something?" Mind you this was about 2mins of us being in this place. The OWNER THEN REPLIED "yeah I really think you should go." Literally did nothing wrong to her, was never rude, did everything she asked us & was kinder than I ever should have been & this woman made us leave? & I was doing nothing wrong. I was about to buy multiple rings actually. I was disgusted by her response & behavior. I really am a sweet, genuine & nice person. Really I'm a push over most times. But this made me so angry I cried. We did nothing wrong & this woman made us feel we were scum of the earth. I never suggest going here she is truly a horrible store owner. This was a 4 min at most experience & I can say I've NEVER seen anything like this. As I left I literally said out loud "wtf is happening right now?!" She was out to get us for no reason. I still wanna call & ask why. It's bothers me so deeply cause even when she was rude af & mean about my child, I still was kind & tried to understand. I really hope people read this cause it needs to be heard. If others have said she was rude this is why. She kicked us out for no reason. It's gross the way people treat each other. I tried to fight it with kindness but it did nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would...business owner is very rude. I went there with my friend and her son and she immediately was rude to us telling us that it is store policy that no children are running around, which we weren't even in the store before she said that, my friend immediately picked up her son (who wasn't running, he was walking besides his mom) and apologized saying she won't let him touch anything. It is understandable that she didn't want anything to break so we let the rudeness slide.. she continued being rude and making noises when my friends son sneezed one time. We ignored that as well... then she told us to get out of the way as we were looking through one of the isles. So again, we ignored the rudeness and got out of the way. Which apparently that wasn't enough because she told us to move again because we were in the area where we check out, so again we move. My friend was very apologetic the whole time but I honestly couldn't keep it in any longer. I catch her glaring at us so I asked her if she wanted us to leave because she was being very rude and I wasn't understanding what the issue was which she said "yes it would be best if you left". Fine with me, your not getting my money. Her business needs to be shut down based off all of these bad reviews. Sadly google gives her a 5 star rating which makes no sense. Horrible place to shop. It's sad that it's advertised as supporting animals and it's a humane shop, I don't see how that is possible with her behavior. Absolutely no humanity found there. Miserable woman. It's pretty damn sad.

Saw several reviews saying the shop owner was rude, not true at all! Shes the sweetest lady and has a great selection with very cheap prices.

The woman who runs this shop is surly and mean. Horrible attitude. It's not worth it. Save your money and spend it where customers are treated with respect.

Totally rude woman that oversees the place. I went there with a donation that she immediately found faults in and then after conversing with her accused me of being a demanding person. Won't be back !!

We frequent the PALS thrift store in search of home goods and discounted toys. Most of the time we can overlook the brash attitude of the employee, but today the line was drawn. Outspoken and rude, she accused us of taking too long to shop. She said we were interfering with the things she had to do in between customers, so either cash out or leave. We were there for maybe 20 minutes. We put our findings down and left. On the way out, she said to us that this was not a place to hang out. Unfortunate that we will not be going back as the prices were reasonable.
