Been going here since they opened years ago. Very clean, great massage chairs and customer focused. Only down side is cash only tip and I never have cash.

Good work , but no matching sets . They have gel but no matching regular polish for toes . I found somewhere else for less money , with matching sets . Also not good with cuticles. Barely touched .

Have gotten manicures here several times. It's very clean, and the staff is professional. They have accommodated me for walk in appointments, but I would suggest making an appointment if you want to get your nails done on the weekend.

Did powder and all cracked less than a week and went back to fix my nails and they fixed but put the wrong color . Never go back to that place again ?

The service and quality just isn't there anymore. This place has gone down hill. Full pedicure in less than 30 minutes. I'm not a terribly demanding customer, but I don't want to feel rushed or like someone is just going through the motions. She never cleaned under my nails. Massage was merely rubbing lotion on my legs even after I asked her to use more pressure. I paid extra for the callus remover and I had to ask twice for her to slough more off. I should've known something wasn't right when there wasn't one single customer there at 2pm on a Friday. I wont be back. I guess my consolation prize was the complimentary lollipop.

I had my nails done on Sunday, and unfortunately by Wednesday three of the gel nail polishes had peeled off completely. I called the salon and they said I could come down and fix it which was all well and good. But unfortunately I live an hour and a half away and don't make it to Smithfield very often. I asked if there was any way they could do a credit for next time and they said no they would only give me one day to fix it and then hung up on me.
I won't be back. They didn't offer a refund or a chance to fix it in the future when I told them I couldn't come down within 24 hours.

I have been going to Oasis nails for almost ten years now. I have been very happy with the quality of their service. I only get pedicures. I just had the worst pedicure.Very disappointing. The water was scalding, he didn’t try it first. He cut my toe. Callus removal which I paid extra for was short and not effective. Leg Massage was weak and light. Nails not painted well. Shoulder massage lasted 30 seconds. He did the minimal necessary to complete the job. If this is the caliber of their staff now I need to find a new place. Btw I was there 3 weeks ago and was very pleased.Service: Pedicure

Had my natural nails done with gel on Friday in which a nail that had a split was repaired and applied with glue then gel polish. Was back on Sunday to get fixed was disappointed that the nail tech only just put gel polish only. I asked if this will work he said yes, non the less it did not. They do not know how to repair. In addition another nail was crooked and had to be filled right. I will not be going back due to services not provided correctly.

All I have to say is RUN. I get dip regularly, not at this location. When I got to Oasis they didn't wrap my nails to remove the dip... they slid a metro card between my real nail and the dip overlay, you read that right a metro card. Mind you they told me it would cost me $5 for the removal, which has to be done in order to put new dip on. I really should have left as soon as I saw the metro card but I'm a glutton for punishment I guess. I tried their gel overlay nail extensions per their recommendation, they lifted after a week. Overall with unsanitary practices and their cheap products I wont be back.

First time coming to this salon in years and my overall experience was okay. Not sure if I would necessarily come back. The gentleman that did both my pedicure and gel manicure was kind of abrasive and I don’t feel like he did a thorough job as far as clipping my cuticles, filing, etc. He kind of did the bare minimum and when he was massaging my calves during the pedi, he was a little rough so I kept having to pull away. I will say that they did service me right away when I walked in so that was nice but again, not sure if I would revisit.Edit: two days later and my entire gel manicure popped off (which I’m sure was due to the lack of prep & filing which I previously mentioned). So, I called the salon and they told me to come back in to have my nails re-done. I went back and what do you know? One of my nails already chipped again. Is this a joke?! Not only am I extremely frustrated but, disappointed with my overall experience. Would not recommend this salon.Services: Pedicure
