WE LOVE MLD!! Our 1.5 year old golden doodle has been attending MLD’s daycare for about a year now, and we could not be happier with our experience! Our doodle has so much fun playing with her friends and sleeps very well after her full daycare days! It has been wonderful for my husband and I to have the peace of mind of knowing that she is safe (and enriched!) during the day while we’re at work, rather than home alone. The MLD team is incredible! They are always so friendly and provide a brief report at pickup, which is just the best after being away from our fur-baby all day! We also look forward to the daily daycare photos on Facebook! Last, but certainly not least, the MLD leadership team went the extra mile while we were planning for the birth of our first baby - they were so accommodating and flexible with boarding bookings for our doodle during that uncertain time!! Hands down- MLD is the best doggie day care in the state!!

WE LOVE MY LUCKY DOG DAYCARE! Whenever we tell our dog Odin, “it’s time for daycare!”, he runs straight to our car to go. Odin started out very shy and timid at daycare, but Lucky Dog worked with us to help Odin be comfortable and confident. They are very accommodating, helpful, and loving to our boy. We would 100% recommend My Lucky Dog to everyone! ❤️(Christmas photo that my lucky dog took of Odin)

My Lucky Dog always takes brilliant care of our dog. I have tremendous trust in their organization and I’m glad that we have a daycare we can take our dog to with confidence. Life ain’t ruff for our pup! ??

First from myself:The staff is very helpful, always kind and very attentive to the pups! I like that they are on top of vaccine information so you know all the pups that go are all vaccinated. I love that there is no dirt where they play.I have had NO problems at all with all the years we have been using this facility with staff or other pups. We have used the boarding many times and all has gone very well. He doesn't even look back to see me leave. The first time I cried leaving and he didn't even care - just wanted to get in with the other pups!I love they offering grooming - baths, ears, nails - some other services too - I wish they had a goomer that cuts that could do a little trimming around the feet or cut out the knots. He does get groomed once a month and he looks and smells so good.Now what does my pup think:He can't wait to get in the building - pulls me in behind him!!! He loves it so much! He gets to play all day comes out still very excited but by the time we get home he has his dinner and is in his bed sound asleep - I am suring dreaming of the great day he had!!!We will continue to come to My Lucky Dog!

Our dog, Ozzie, is very expressive. He would not hesitate to howl "noooo" if we tell him to do something he doesn't want. When he is excited and looks forward to whatever adventure is ahead of him, he would squeak and make lots of sounds. That's what he's been doing lately when I take him to MLD. It takes him As soon as I make that left turn into the street where MLD is, he starts getting excited. Then he gets even more excited and would pull the staff towards the door. He can't wait to go in! Thanks, MLD, for taking care of him while we are at work.

I have had great experiences at My Lucky Dog in Smithfield. I take my pup there for 1 week a month while I work on-site. She is always excited to arrive and happy when she comes home. In fact, she's exhausted from having so much fun all day. They know she loves water, so they make sure she gets pool time in the warm weather. They have always been accomodating.

Our guy loves this place. Staff is incredibly friendly and transparent about letting me know if he seems off or not feeling well. They have lots of indoor and outdoor space. Plus they offer boarding and bathing. Plus the daily pictures on their Facebook page are super cute. HIGHLY recommend!

We love, love, LOVE My Lucky Dog!!!My 10 month old mini dachshund, Lily, has been attending this daycare since she was 4-5ish months old. At first they were honest and said the environment may be too much, since Lily was barely five pounds for her trial day, but that was what immediately impressed me. They clearly cared more about her comfort and safety versus getting more money from a new client, and that open communication has continued ever since.Each time Lily had a challenge or issue, they would have an honest conversation with me, and I never felt like it came out of a place of them being angry or inconvenienced. Some daycares- I know, I’ve worked for two - won’t always be honest, and instead allow behavior problems to continue to fester and grow.At MLD, I feel confident that they have the dog’s best interest at heart. I know that she’s loved and well taken care of, and that it’s a wonderful way for Lily to socialize and burn energy. She’s always excited to go, and the lovely staff always let me know how much they adore her.I’m so grateful to have a wonderful daycare to help raise my puppy into a playful, socialized, happy adult!!! Thank you all so much!!!

We love My Lucky Dog Daycare! My mini dachshund Auggie always receives a warm welcome and is always so excited to go here. All the staff and the owner Holly are so nice and caring and I feel very good about leaving my fur baby in their hands. :)

Had a great daycare experience with our puppy here! She was nervous at first, and the staff called us to let us know, which was great. Over time, she became more comfortable and made friends, and we were updated on her progress.

Hands down the best place! The facility is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff are awesome and so friendly. I have peace of mind every time I drop off my fur child - she loves it there!
