Steve and Rudy were great! I called on a Sat morning with a tire leaking air, and they had me come right in. Diagnosed the nail in tire, removed, and patched...best of all to my surprise no charge! So friendly and helpful. And one of the few places around with a free air pump. Highly recommend!

Rudy and staff were more than kind fixing my car. I had a flat tire while I was on my way home for my birthday and they fixed everything free of charge. These guys are great at their job and would not go anywhere else from now on. The best place I’ve ever been to. Thanks guys!

Steve is the man, he got my flat tire patched up in no time. The rest of the team here was great as well, good vibes all around. Feels nice to have a mechanic you can trust, I’ll be coming back for future work most definitely.

Somehow, an Allen wrench got in my tire. I had someone repair the tire but I wasn’t confident in the job. I stopped at Tire Pro’s to have someone check it. Rudy was so helpful. He came out to the car and made sure that the repair was done correctly. He even reset my sensor for me! I’m so glad that I stopped at Tire Pro’s!

I’ve been a happy customer for many years. Yesterday I stopped by because my tire pressure light indicator remained lit after I had reinflated all tires. Steve and Rudy were gracious and concerned and managed to squeeze me in after a short wait. A technician checked all my tires. Surprise! Two of the tires had screws embedded in them. Fortunately, Tire Pros could repair them. Saved me lots of money. Appreciated their courtesy and assistance. Wouldn’t deal with any other vendor.

Sarah and Steve were great to deal with at the customer desk. Sarah especially was super friendly and accommodating! When I called about a slow leak in my tired she said to bring my car in and hopefully they would be able to fit me in before the end of the day, after dropping it off I got a call one hour later saying they were able to squeeze me in and plug my tire due to a small nail. I will definitely bring my car back if I have any other tire issues.

I have been to Melvin’s Tire Pro a few times before to have nails removed but this was the first time I got an oil change, tire rotation, etc…Rudy was extremely helpful throughout my appointment and even told me that I didn’t need to have a rotation due to my tires being completely balanced (hence saving us money) ~ I had asked Rudy to also check the tires and let me know if new tires were needed. Not only did he help me but he gave me multiple price points and told me the specs of each set of tires, finding a price point that would work for my budget! Quality customer service and great people working there!

The staff are professional, friendly and so helpful! On my last visit, Rudy was so accommodating even though I had forgotten to bring my lug nuts (went to get my winter tires taken off) and still got my car done quickly even though I was outside my appointment window when I got back. I highly recommend this shop and the guys who work here!

Highly recommend, even when busy they treated me with respect and hospitality. Especially Rudy, they completed my repair in half the time they told me. I am completely satisfied with my visit and if you’re looking to get an honest work done to your vehicle, you need to consider Melvins Tire and auto service!!!

Steve and Sirius helped me out today. Last min tire fix. Getting the rest of the tires in the fall per recommendation. I drive a lot and will get my inspection here again in the spring.

I was on my way home and happened to get a screw in my tire. It was 10 mins prior to Tire Pro closing but I wanted someone to check my tire. They in turn fixed my tire in no time and on top of that it was free of charge! I highly recommend Tire Pro in Smithfield, RI, Rt 116.

I had very little knowledge of this tire installer aside from it being the recommended one near me (I''ve always bought my tires from another New England tire store). Fortunately, it was an enjoyable experience! My car was brought in shortly after I arrived, and was done about three hours later (dismount old tires, mount new tires, balance, and alignment). I spent less than I anticipated, which is always a plus! As an added note, it turns out that the service advisor and I graduated a few years apart from the same high school, so it was fun to reminisce with him about our old teachers.
