Needed a suit dry cleaned last minute. Was done in 24 hours. Friendly and virtuous. I’ll be a return customer.

Goes to show that you MUST read reviews before trying a business. They did fine with first parka. Then took in another, a comforter and blanket. This parka was brought home WITHOUT the LINER! Man at counter kept saying it was his first day and didn't know where to look. Said to come back next day to see woman who would know. So called and she says she doesn't have it. Says to look in my closet. But I recall handing heavy parka to my husband who took it in , and he remembers it being heavy. So add her lying to the problem. I will go back later today and demand they look harder. Would never be able to trust them again after this treatment. Fortunately, many other dry cleaners nearby. Would get NO stars if that was an option. Now I'm left with a SHELL and no inner warm liner for a parka I bought in Seattle. Was perfect for upcoming winter until they LOST MY LINER!

Terrible Service. I brought a winter coat in with a stain on it. Paid 17.00 to get it cleaned the stain was still on it. I got it off.

awful customer service ans awful quality of work. messed my order up, and could carless. did not offer any resolution to the issue. basically calles me a liar and sgut the door in my face
