Was made to feel like I was being shamed because my coupon had expired the day before...even though the store associate said the cashier would honor it.
I like my purchased items, but just not worth the hassle and guilt trip. I'm leaving this review because Kohls asked me to via one of their non stop emails.

THE CASHIER ASSOCIATES ARE CARING, FUN AND PROMPT! I WISH ONLY THERE WERE MORE FLOOR ASSOCIATES. MY GRANDSON DID HIS FIRST TIME SHOPPING FOR HIS SCHOOL CLOTHES ON HIS OWN. HE WAS COMFORTABLE BECUZ IT IS CALMING AND QUITE ATMOSPHERE FOR HIM. WHEN I TOLD HIM WE WHERE GOING SCHOOL SHOPPING AND HE COULD BUY ANYTHING HE WANTED FOR SCHOOL HE SURE DID. I LOVE MY GRANDSONS AND GRANDAUGHTERS. HE IS GOING TO BE ONE SHARP HANDSOME GUY GOING TYO SCHOOL!

In the Smithfield, RI store, I hate that the registers have been moved to one side of the store, toyally opposite the customer service desk. Either revert to how it used to be or put all registers between the two front doors. Also, there are never any shopping carts on side without registers.

Shopped on 6/10/24. Very inconvenient shopping amount 10 employees taking inventory in “ Intimates”. Went back today. Much better expensive and the Store Employee in Intimates was a huge help. Love shopping at Kohl’s!

I wanted a lounge chair in charcoal color but could not find it so I brought the color I could find and when I got to the cashier she looked it up and went and got me the one I wanted with a smile!
