“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. Mobile Beacon has been a God send to our organization! Thank you Mobile Beacon! :-) AKTEDC”

“I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.”

“A year or so ago someone went to this store and tried to buy 4 iPhones and an Apple watch but the manager called me, I was in a meeting, so he called my wife but she was teaching a class so didn't answer, the manager then tried my daughter's number but again got no answer. I was frustrated at the time but now applaud the managers efforts.”

“Today, 7/9/24, I had the pleasure of going to this store. I walked in, noticing that there was a worker not helping a customer, and met a wonderful employee named Nina. I told her my reasoning for being there, and while she was on the phone with customer care, the assistant store manager, Ivette, came and provided service. At the end of it all, I left a very grateful and happy customer.

3 awesome women, full of personality and spirit, Nina, Ivette, and Sheena all gave me service. I truly felt important, and these employees need to be recognized.
