I placed an online order after finding this store had the exact pair of shoes and size my son wanted. I didn't know the store was even in this Shopping Center. (Never noticed it before). The store was well lit inside, looked organized, and was nicely presented. My order was right behind the front counter. I gave them my name, they handed me my purchase, and I left. A few minutes of easy online shopping. I am a repeat customer of Famous Footwear for their stock, selection, and price.

This is a great store to shop at! I especially enjoyed my shopping experience because store representative Krystal M. was very friendly and made finding the right pair of shoes for work very easy! Famous Footwear has found themselves a great employee and should do everything they can to keep her!

This location moved a few doors down to a small store. Unfortunately, I didn't fine any summer sandals that I liked on my visit.

Why do the online hours and on their own website claim they close at 9:00, yet when I get there, they have a sign (handwritten) on the door saying they close at 7:00. What a waste of my time!!

This store needs to update their hours. On the famous footwear website it says 9pm. I get there and they closed at 7?? Came 2 days later to pick up an order and they locked the doors before closing and the girls at the register didn't even want to look at me or anything. I understand if I was browsing for shoes but I'm just picking up an order! It's not like this store is close by to me either.

This store is gross. Never the right sizes. Then clearance most shoes are used...look at the bottom of one running shoe and has old dirt/poop still on.AND could smell it.Come on..
