They are the absolute worse groomers around. My brought my Yorkie here and she was butchered. They burned her with the clippers. Honestly if you love your dog, do not bring him here.

This was my first visit. The grooming is phenomenal! Zoey will never go anywhere else. It is a truly a warm and welcoming experience. Nothing is hidden downstairs somewhere or behind a closed door. You can see into the salon and how they treat your fur-baby and others. They do not overbook, so they personally take care of your dog. I highly recommend you give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I was visiting from out of state. I normally groom my dog, but I fell and broke my arm and was not able to groom her before traveling. My dog is blind and had never been to a groomer. My aunt recommended Family Companion and I could not be happier with the results. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this business.

I usually groom my dogs but I recently fell and broke my arm. I was able to groom two prior to the fall. Lady Bug desperately needed groomed and I was traveling from Pa. to RI. I tool Lady Bug to Family Companion. She looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up. Lady Bug is blind and was abused. I have only adopted her a few months prior. Wasn't sure how her experience would be. The groomer said she did wonderful. I highly recommend this business.

Just got my babies groomed what a amazing job she does and I truly mean that!! I have been bringing all my dogs here for over 10 years NOT ONCE did they ever leave not EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! THAT MEANS EVERYTHING!!!! I TRUST HER WITH ALL MY HEART she has always gone above and beyond to make sure my babies are happy and I'm happy!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!

I recently made an appt to bring my puppy for a haircut and the owner told me it was $40.00. When i went to pick him up I was charge over 50.00 supposedly because "too much hair and had mats. She did see him when I dropped him off and didnt say anything about a higher price. I was very nervous since I was not prepared for a sudden change of price and had to dig in my purse to come up with the rest. I quickly left asked for a business card to keep it handy without really taking a good look at the horrible job she did. Cut was uneven and most of it was just reduced on on hes back. Still much uneven hair on the edge of hes back. Lots of hair around the neck area hes more than likely going to need another cut soon. The way the economy is going I thought she would consider being a new customer and a change of price unexpectedly to just let it go with what she had currently told me over the phone. I'm home looking at my boy with frustration because he looks horrible. Either she doesn't have much experience with yorkies, or this the way she runs her business. Told me to bring him back in six weeks or else it would be over 40. Not to mention ears were not cleaned, hair plucked. Never again. Very displeased. Have a heart when things like this happens. Especially if your job doesn't look too professional.
