I have had several repairs to 14k jewelry and have been very satisfied. To day I was waiting for them to re.ove links from a watch and I went to sit down. They gave me a bottle of water and told me to relaxant stay as long as I needed to. Very happy with them

Customer service was great. The staff was very helpful. My husband's watch wasn't working, we thought it was the battery. It turned out to be something else. They explained all our options including repair. We ended up purchasing a new watch. We plan on going back to have the other watch repaired.
