I've been taking my German Shephard Kobe (3 years old) for the past year or so, and they always handle him with care. Kobe is not the best with strangers, and the fact that he goes to Dtails willingly and without ever any issues says alot about the Dtails Team! They are amazing at what they do!! Bathing him, cutting his nails, brushing his teeth, cleaning his ears, they do it all & I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Dtails :)

I've been taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to Dtails since 2021 and have had excellent experiences every time. The employees are some of the best groomers we've had and are also just genuinely kind people. Today was my sweet boy's final groom before he'll cross the rainbow bridge and they were extra sweet to him and even let us grab a picture with Santa even though we didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend Dtails as a local business who really knows what they're doing with very fair prices given the quality of work and treatment our precious pups are getting.

I’ve been using D’Tails for years. I recently took my senior pup here after a long hiatus, due to her advanced years and some health/behavior issues. The groomer took the time to listen to my concerns and they did the most amazing job. Not only was this business accommodating, for which I was extremely thankful, but my girl had a happy spring in her step when we got home. Also worthy of note, her neglected nails were clipped perfectly which is quite an accomplishment for a Shiba Inu.Thank you!!!

Wow!! What an incredible team!! My standard poodle was taken care of so well! I live in NYC but my parents are taking care of my dog, and they brought him here and the attention to detail, care and overall service was AMAZING!! Calandra was transparent and gave great communication. My dog will be coming here for his grooms when he’s visiting!!

My girls look great and smell great. The staff was terrific. Friendly, polite and professional. You can tell that they really love dogs.
