Very strange set up. Never seen a lumber yard that appeared like it wasn't a lumber yard. More like a home owners show room. Couldn't find anything on my own. People are nice enough. Mike in the yard was great. The owner was a really nice guy. Just an odd set up

Tried to order pellets over 2 weeks ago. Placed a pre order for the pellets because they were taking names for the order. I was told they were expecting them in early Feb. When I called back (2 Feb) to see if the had an arrival date, I was told they decided not to get any more shipments for the rest of winter.Thanks for the heads up on your decision. Not like you don’t have my contact information! Very unprofessional!!**Update**After this post Douglas Lumber did reach out to me and apologize for the inconvenience and what should have happened. definitely appreciate the phone call and explanation! That’s customer service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our choices for tile for a backsplash. Order was processed and available as promised. We chose to pickup. But delivery was available.

They were very friendly, and were able to deliver wood pellets quickly and in a short amount of time. Everyone I encountered were easy to talk to, and made sure that everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again.
