One of the most dangerous stores to walk into because of the chaotic parking lot and the fact that nobody addresses a designated walk space with signage. The drive-thru is also chaotic with a dangerous blind spot. The store on the outside and inside is in disarray and hasn't had any cosmetic attention in years. One of the worst CVS stores for both shopping and pharmacy needs. I've contacted corporate couple of times now without success and then addressing the cosmetic and the dangerous walking to and from the store and drive-through conditions. There's an empty Walgreens down the street for months now that they can take over and have their own freestanding store in a safer location. Common sense does not apply to CVS's core beliefs

When I call and want speak to someone in pharmacy,I want talk to someone now or be put on hold? Not told they call me back ? Whenever? Not happy about new setup? Neither is my family?

I cannot thank Heather in the pharmacy enough. My 2yr old has been sick and I called the on call today, waited a little while then called the pharmacy to see if he had called it in yet. (I know most just push a button on their laptops and send it) So, she said she would keep an eye out. Shortly after she called me to let me know she just received the voicemail and is getting it ready now so I could get there before closing. Just that little follow through to a stressed out mom was so much appreciated!

Worst pharmacy doesn’t ever have prescription ready. Called in at 4 pm showed up at 7 pm still not ready mind you it’s for “emergency inhaler”. No problem taking top dollar & telling u to wait ! 3 hours a little excessive to wait ! Hate this pharmacy going to move everything to another pharmacy that is not incompetent !!! Top $ no service!!so much for customer service cvs you have a lot to learn about that

I have nothing but issues with this pharmacy. They will tell you that you’re script is ready but when you go to pick it up it’s on back order. The pharmacists are no help and basically tell you too bad rather than working with you to help get the medication you need. As of the most recent incident they are trying to claim my partner hasn’t taken insulin since 2020 and is now refusing to work with him or look into it. I pick his insulin up every month how do you just decide to stop filling it?? And as a pharmacist how do you look at a type one diabetic deny them insulin and sleep at night. Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

Online states minute clinic walk ins welcome for flu shots...I walk in and they were rude as hell and said it was appointments only. I go to register online and they are booked out for over a week..... they have plenty of staff, this is just ridiculous. These large chain pharmacies absolutely suck and could care less about any 1 of us

I received my COVID-19 booster at this CVS store. I want to thank every single staff at the store especially those administering the vaccines! They are working overtime to get us all the flu and booster shots. I am so grateful to them for the work they are doing. I also had to shop for a medical item after the vaccine and a staff member led me right to it with a smile. Never used them for my Rx’s but I might now.

We used this pharmacy for my mother as she lived at an independent living close by. The pharmacists at this store have always been kind and above and beyond helpful. This is a rare gem!
