I used to come in to this place all the time after work, I work late nights and the woman who worked overnights was fantastic. Lately, the store hasn't been open overnight, so I went early this morning instead of late last night. Both women working kept giving me extremely dirty looks, at separate times while I was in the store. They made me feel so uncomfortable, I left without buying anything. Off to the cumbies down the road I guess.

Every time I come in here I'm greeted and that doesn't usually happen at places for pit stop like places. First and foremost they do not have gas pumps at this location so don't try to get gas here, it's only the store. The prices are reasonable and it's always very clean in there, they follow the covid protocols and I appreciate that, they are always there to help if needed. I go here often before work to grab me drinks and a snack or something. I've always noticed fresh snacks and fresh bananas and stuff like that, which I appreciate. They have a nice sized parking lot so that's not an issue, and not sure if it's because the time I come here but I have never had to wait in line they get you in and out quickly.

I recently sent my 18 year son to pickup a lighter for me to light my grill. He ran in without ID so he told lady he'd run out to grab it. She asked how old he was and he replied 18. She then said "no bye!!!" He said but I'm 18 and she shooed him away and again repeated "no! bye!". First of all it is illegal to sell lighters to children UNDER 18. Second of all, a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude is unnecessary. I don't care how old he is, she should know better. Miserable clam. He stopped at another store with ID and purchased one. He doesn't even smoke. I literally just needed to make hamburgers

Was treated very poorly by management. There are several other Cumberland Farms with much better people that treat you like a human. NEVER COME HERE!!!!

This Cumby's is a rare bird ... to my knowledge, it is the only other Cumberland Farms store, besides the one at 125 Broadway in Newport, that lacks gas pumps. This lack of fuel pumps is the only thing preventing me from rating them at 4 stars, because otherwise, it's a great, modern convenience store. The parking lot is huge and this road is not too busy, so it's easy to get in and out of here. Two bathrooms, and a wide array of hot and cold food options, set this Cumby's a step or two above your typical independent convenience store. Also, the store is well laid-out, with plenty of room between merchandise aisles. It appeared clean and well-stocked during my visit Thursday afternoon. I saw three employees on duty. The young female cashier who waited on me was extremely polite. Indeed, my only complaint was the young male cashier who I saw putting on a Band-Aid in plain sight, which was kind of off-putting (thankfully, he did not wait on me). If you work with the public and need to perform first aid on yourself, you might want to excuse yourself and go do that in private ... just sayin'.
